@jalinvic @tescomobile Hi Jane - Finding places to charge phones is not always easy for people who are rough sleeping although often they find people willing to help them. However only 7% of homelessness people are street living, the remainder are in hostels or B&Bs where they do have access to power.

@tescomobile I have been with T Mobile and EE for over 20 years and if I have had problems they have sorted it straight away. Tesco were so rude and unhelpful. If I am taken I’ll I will be suing Tesco and their staff

@tescomobile Thanks Jade, but this response is getting a bit tired now, it seems to have been the stock response for at least a year. Generally, I've been really happy with the service, but it's a bit behind the times.

@tescomobile @crisis_uk iMO this money will not go to homeless people, it will go to pay the exorbitant London salaries of "charity" staff first and foremost. After which they will pay their advertising bills and website costs. Actual homeless people will be well down their list of priorities.
