    I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

    @tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

    If you are with @tescomobile and want to take your phone abroad - abandon hope of service. You won’t get it and help via Twitter is very limited. After 20 years with Tesco now looking at other providers

    @tescomobile I want to move away from your company ASAP. Where is customer service? There is NONE! Why hasn't my 2nd number been ported over for 5 weeks? There's no communication. What will it take to get to speak to a human being? I'm livid.

    @tescomobile I want to speak to a human being, TODAY!!! 5 weeks on and still waiting on 1 of my numbers being ported over. I'm sick and tired of the lack of communication from your company. You have NO Answers, No Customer service team. The worst customer service!

    @tescomobile I am extremely disappointed in the way you are currently treating my husband. He is trying to upgrade his phone with your company and it is being made incredibly difficult. Your customer service are telling us our address does not exist but I am also a Tesco Mobile

    @tescomobile both my numbers are out of action. Including a business number. I've been given excuse after excuse including 'the local mast is down for maintenance' while my mum also with Tesco mobile, her phone works just fine. How strange. 💩💩💩 #customerservice #fail
