@tescomobile @tescomobile all I would like to know is when I will receive my phone. As a new customer who ordered on the basic of next day delivery I don't think it's too much to ask...

@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

@tescomobile I’d also like to add that prior to this I’d had a fantastic experience with your customer support team, a real shame that a phone company of your magnitude didn’t make contingencies for 5g in your contracts.

@tescomobile there is a significant minority of your PAYG sim card holders who don't have a problem with shooting up, but you might have just triggered quite a few

@tescomobile Again, just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone! And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

@tescomobile I would suggest changing your contract terms to allow your current customers to easily change from a 4g plan to a 5g plan given their phone has 5g capabilities. Just been told I would have to pay off my existing contract to be able to use 5g on your network.

@tescomobile Passing on my feedback would be much appreciated, I can imagine you will receive many more customers with similar issues as 5G continues to roll out, given your current contracts withhold new features and services from existing customers.
