@tescomobile your customer service is horrendous!! What we need to do is to be able too pay of the safety buffer in order to be able to use the phone again!! Why has it taken 3 hours to get no where! 15 years of loyalty has amounted too nothing! We Can't wait too leave!

@tescomobile @crisis_uk Paid insurance for over a year for two phones and the insurance company refuse to replace the phones because we can't operate the broken phones to cancel the icloud account. THIS IS MADNESS.

@tescomobile I'm sure they are. It's just such a disaster to have a phone that you cannot rely on. O2 direct customers in the area have had very generous credits put on their account to reflect the ongoing issue with the mast round here. All I want is to receive a damn phone call.

@tescomobile hi, cannot make a call. Im on pay monthly new handset, i just get “It has not been possible to connect your call”. Cant even dial tesco mob help number.

Is that acceptable @tescomobile @Tesco ? I was told the fraud team would come back in 5-7 days. Been way over that. Then fobbed off by a manager who refused to speak or help out the advisor on the phone to me. You lot are an absolute shambles

@tescomobile But current restrictions in Northern Ireland statr that all non essential shops shop be closed. Are you telling me that Tesco Mobile is the only essential mobile network that is allowed to open?
