@tescomobile absolute shocking customer service. Wasn’t aware I had missed a payment for my daughters phone in September as payments in October & November continued as normal. That missed payment has been made but you have disconnected the phone and want me to pay £268 ???????

So @tescomobile is still down, this is day 2 now with no signal at all, 02 are aware of the problem but bloody hell they're slow in fixing it

@tescomobile That promised SIM card never did arrive, so who was lying? @tescomobile to my mind. Then the next 24 sim change didn’t happen, eventually a week later it did. So how can a catalogue of inconvenience warrant £10 in clubcard points? Apparently…

@tescomobile - after 7 months of continous ongoing issues with two business mobiles, we've yet AGAIN not recieved a call back from a manager. Only been waiting 49hours! Anyone at @tescomobile want to help solve an issue of double billing??

@tescomobile Thanks Harry. I went to New York aware of the charges and would have happily paid them had my phone worked. It didn't work for 10 days. 4 calls to your customer service, promises of a call back and no resolution. Other than for me to pay you and then look for another provider.

@tescomobile We have just rung customer service and apparently there is a technical difficulty you have been unable to solve and have no idea when you will either! We are now seeking to claim compensation for loss of earnings through the ombudsman!

8 days on and still no resolution from @tescomobile perhaps their CEO would still be so proud of her team to find out they’ve broke the law and now I’m suffering because of them…. @ClairePickthall
