@tescomobile Hi, I’m in the process of changing my number from a different network to you with a new phone contract. The 24 hour period in which the text after sending PAC code, to inform me of when the change over would happen has been and gone without any info. Can you assist?

@tescomobileire I have tried to move number twice on the app and still no response & now paying for x2 mobile phone accounts! Moved to #tescomobile as thought it would be better than @ThreeIreland but basically all telecoms companies offer the same awful level of customer service

  • brooksyman Brooksyman (@brooksyman) reported

@tescomobile what’s happening always recommended you but can’t any more. Your losing me money. You haven’t transferred my number from ee to my recently purchased Tesco contract after 4 days. Bad service

  • _BalooTheBear Gary (@_BalooTheBear) reported

@tescomobile any reason why your customer support doesn’t support customers? My dads a customer and has had problems receiving phone calls for months. He’s been told a mast nearby doesn’t work, he’s been sent 3 sims and got made to buy a new phone. Can you not supply a service?

  • LauraT78 Laura Triggs (@LauraT78) reported

@tescomobile thanks for a frustrating afternoon of absolutely zero phone and data signal, in the centre of Bristol. And now back home in Tetbury to a bare smattering of signal. Sort it the F out, may start looking at other providers.

  • mrseviltedi IJ (@mrseviltedi) reported

@tescomobile I spoke to the online help earlier today, there was an issue moving the number due to being old contract to new contract and a new sim is on its way, I never even lost signal on my original sim

  • kellylauder4 kelly (@kellylauder4) reported

@tescomobile Looks like there is a problem with the mast
