    @TSB useless -what is it with tsb-another approved payment x 2 rejected when back to payers site - this happened before . Nearly lost out on time restricted tickets because of their incompetence and you can’t get an answer on the phone - thank you mbna for bailing me out again

    @TSB Tried the “customer service” line 3 times today. To be fair, I’ve just noticed a line of text which says “account closed” next to available to spend. This does imply the account is not active but doesn’t explain why you felt the need to send me a statement?????

    @TSB Absolutely DIRE service from TSB. TSB cheque in envelope deposited at Ballater PO on 24/11/22. Appears in account today, now got to wait three working days to clear. 12 days to pay in a cheque?

    @TSB can’t get through to “customer service” to find out why I’ve received a statement for a credit card I cancelled 2 months ago. I even have a letter from you confirming the closure of the account. Not great security!

    @TSB WHY are your payment authentication text NOT arriving? Trying to do online shopping and needing secure code to text, which is normally fast, but not working today! Sort it!

    @TSB I can't access my account. I type my username, password, and the digits from my memorable info. This is clearly correct, as it then asks me for an OTP. I type that correctly and it tells me I have entered something incorrect and threatens to lock me out

    @TSB Can't login via Android app to approve payment. OTP fails and keep getting 'We weren't able to do that', re-installed app as well. Had this issue for weeks, I can login via browser, but no way to approve a payment via browser! What do I do?

    @TSB It’s does but the credit limit still shows as active in my Experian credit file. I will try customer services again later.
