    @TSB I have plenty of notice and even contacted the bank by phone because of the issues with the post strike and was assured a note would be put on my account which clearly has not happened. I am not happy or impressed.

    @TSB so annoyed you close branches and then the only one you have left open closes for lunch - the only time I can get there! Crap service prevails - somethings aren’t digitised!

    @TSB Hi Sophie, I have an application in progress but have been trying to call your London Cheapside location for 3 days to no answer. Pretty bad impression for a new customer that no-one in a branch, can be bothered to answer the phone.

    @TSB My 82 year old mother has been trying to make an online transfer. So far, she (we) have had 5 unsuccessful attempts. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the fraud dept, with over 30min wait on each international call.
