Jack Garfinkel (@CuriousScutter) reported.@TSB needed help with a lost card, was told by you on the phone I could help for the weekend if I went in branch with ID. I went. They were nice but couldn't help me. Now I've also wasted all my lunch break because you closed my local branch. Nice one 👌

-
Keely (@keelyscotthall) reported@BeckyMoorcroftx @TSB I’ve had the same aswell this morning, that’s why I came to look on Twitter if any problems so it defiantly must be a issue
-
AaronThoughts 🇬🇩 (@AaronJaunty) reported@giggy_claire @amarieki @TSB Same, so there must be an issue. Why are they asking for DM's generically? They ought to know they're causing the frustration?
-
david benjamin (@davidb59) reported@DS19484 @TSB Same here to our joint account to pay the mortgage. Tried to call. It says there is an issue, again! They are aware and resolving it and not to try and make a manual payment
-
Jack Garfinkel (@CuriousScutter) reported@TSB .@TSB can only send out cards and new PINs by post. They cannot help you in branch, even if you have ID. They can give you cash, which is nice but also very 2010. Their staff are polite, but the bank's policies mean they can't help.

Nick Anthony (@bigbonzo1) reportedThe National Lottery reps were not concerned that this could be a data breach. The @TSB were excellent. Did anyone realise that the card details on the Lottery site cannot be deleted unless the account is closed? Will buy in retailers from now on. 2/2
