  @TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

  @TSB may I ask why your app is so terrible that it defaults to the 4th of June 2015 as a birthdate when one is trying to log in with a new phone? Absolutely shocking customer experience.

  @TSB visited Edinburgh branch - machines say you can pay in cash - you can’t - hence end up in long queue for service
