@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB so app still down!!! Sure the message said midnight until 6am!!!! Now cannot complete my shopping order as needs to be authorised through the app WHICH IS DOWN!!! Amazing, introduce new security with no contingencies. I will now loose delivery slot. Thanks TSB once again!!!!

@TSB I haven’t been able to login to my account all night which is bad enough BUT it says it’ll be back up and working 6am today and it’s NOT!! 😡 Your service status says internet banking is working BUT SHOCK HORROR IT ISN’T!!! How am I meant to get access to my money?!!!

@TSB has the worst banking app in the world, need to transfer money to get a ticket home and they decide to do “maintenance” for 8 hours. never had this issue with any other banking apps, absolutely ridiculous
