@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB Even though you've closed 2 of my 'local' branches? My nearest branch was less than 2 miles away, it's now 8.5 miles away. I'm better of joining am online only bank. TSB has gone down massively since coming away from @LloydsBank

@TSB scumbags send me a check after about a year for a complaint when I’m no longer with the bank I asked for a transfer to my new account and they are telling me I have to wait 3 days when I could clear the check quicker stupid thick people working for this **** company

Great service as always from @TSB. Way to think about the full time employees who can't just pop into a branch in the middle of the day. Why do you close counter service at 4pm?? Now I have to take MORE time off work to get simple matters taken care of. 🤬

@TSB absolutely furious that once again, your technical issues have meant that I’m spending hours calling you in order to pay people and access my account. On hold for the fourth time in 2 days having been told the issue had been resolved 😡 I’ll move my account when I can login!
