    @TSB my god, what have I done in moving my business account to TSB, such awful service. Another 1hr40m spent on the phone today only to be transferred to a different dept that then tells me they are closed until Monday. Avoid TSB at all costs!

    @TSB well you're just about to lose another customer. Spent the 5 nights trying to access areas within my account and keep getting error messages. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @TSB Very disappointed with the service from TSB, just spent an 30mins on hold to speak to someone re blocked card, transferred to diff dept so another 30mins on hold. Then told need to transfer me to someone else, then got automated voice telling me dept closed. Hour wasted!
