  @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

  @TSB hi are you able to tell me if tsb customers are able to pay for products bought on Apple website using their debit card yet? Last time I tried payment didn’t go through and I was told tsb were trying to solve this issue.

  @TSB Beyond a joke, constantly having problems with this bank. Just set my payments on so I can order my mcdonalds and I'll be good, stop stopping all my payments online man cba with this

  @TSB had there been a glitch today? I have payments pending but their also showing as cleared leaving me overdrawn. Not happy
