I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

Twice my account has been restored over chat, however the person named Lax Sharma decided not to help today and closed down the chat cause she couldn't be bothered, very poor display of help.

Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?
