@TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

@TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day
