@TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

@TSB When you buy on a comparison site, your transaction is tracked on the purchase website by the comparison website, giving you money back. If the new authentication procedure takes you away from the comparison site link, how do you get back to complete the transaction on that site?

@TSB Can't log into my banking app to approve an important payment for tomorrow. Tried the desktop site which won't let me log in either. Says something is wrong. The online chat robot doesn't have options regarding this and recommends the mobile app chat which I can't get into!

@TSB your website security has recently downgraded - memorable information now gets typed in, not selected from a dropdown. Makes a mockery of the 'this step improves security'.
