    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @TSB the app is down again!! Tried at least seven times in the past ten minutes to get in, no joy. It's payday and I have transfers to do!
