  @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

  Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

  It’s a sorry state when a major #UK bank like @TSB sends threatening letters to customers who already pay back well beyond the minimum payment every month and have never missed payments to pay more or we will suspend your services in 30 days So having problems with liquidity TSB?

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…
