@TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

@TSB You stopped my card from working online. My children and I are covid positive, I can't order food to the home. I have to wait 5 days for a code to activate. The icing on the cake was when someone said pop to your local branch. Shall I bring covid to you?

@TSB your web site says 8 can stop my debit card via the mobile app but there is no option to do that and you are not accepting phone calls. If any money goes missing I will hold you responsible.

@lottyburns @TSB Similar thing happened with my wife’s MBNA card as they didn’t have her mobile number to Authenticate online purchases. Though still had same issue after we updated number.
