    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @TSB your bank is a joke its been more then 15hrs and i cannot access online banking or make payments with my card! When is this going to be sorted? And dont reply with a crap automated message!!

    @TSB Managed to get on to send money to my daughter comes up error can’t do that but it’s taken the money from my account and can’t get back on to check as there’s an error and my daughter can’t check as she’s with tsb also furious 😡😡

    @TSB No update in the last 2 hours. Services still down, yet in that time I have successfully opened an account with another bank, and will be fully transferred to them within 10 days. Is the app/ online banking likely to be back up in that time frame?? Very poor from @TSB

    @TSB this is becoming a joke. No time frame for resolution, no updates regarding anything really being done. Can’t access online banking, also can’t use my card. Are you going to do anything about peoples bills bouncing back??

    @TSB I have urgent payments to make. Please get this sorted out or I will be looking to you to settle late payment fees and other charges incurred as a result of your mobile app and internet banking being down

    @TSB Are we getting a further update? My cards are declining, I can't access the mobile app nor Internet banking. Its embarrassing to have cards declined in shops and petrol stations. For the love of all that is Holy COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!
