    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @TSB Do you have any further update on the duplicate payment issue, communication on this issue really has been disgraceful, when are monies to be refunded to my account? The response from @TSB is not good enough 😡

    @TSB Any update on when the >£2,000 taken from my account will be returned? This is completely unacceptable - @TSB have left a lot of people in real difficulty today and you’re still yet to resolve the issue.

    @TSB Been without funds since 7pm this morning when I checked the app and noticed duplicate payments were taken. Now 2pm, still not refunded!!! Can't get through to TSB, no surprise there, disgraceful, another shambles from TSB. FIX IT NOW PLEASE

    @TSB That isn't the point yet again it is another issue with TSB. My daughter had to go to school with credit in her phone so if she has a problem on the way home from school she can't contact me. I can't video call her either as she has no data. Money should not have been taken

    @TSB I am very unhappy with this error on ypur behave and you have replied to some costumers saying it could take weeks, you where quick to take money from vulnerable people, with families and bills to pay very disappointing from yourselves. Iam now considering another bank.

    @Amy_McCaffery @TSB Ah right I see. It’s a proper **** on like. Could have been much worse. My pending transactions are just those from yesterday. Potentially my phone bill, I’m not sure! Hope they sort yours soon like, £200 is a massive amount!

    @TSB @_Milli_Milli I have done all this. Even got them to delete internet banking and reregister. Went back through the checkout and went to authorise payment again and exactly the same problem. Iv literally opened up another account and transferred money into that so I could access it
