    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @TSB What else do you need to know? It's been saying on the app and your website for months that you're working on fixing the problem with people not getting the one time passcodes. I'm just asking what are you doing to try and fix it? What have you tried so far that hasn't worked?

    @TSB Hi Tom, I shouldn’t have to disclose a damn thing about my disability to my bank. Your systems should be accessible to all your customers as stated in law. It is completely unacceptable that you are asking for a customer to disclose medical information to you.

    @TSB Tried it on app and on website, still saying code has failed or been entered wrong, checked several times and it was right code that I entered.

    @TSB well it must be three weeks since asking customer services to help a client with dyslexia. Seems they don’t want to help or even get in touch.

    @TSB Months ago I reported that I wasn't getting the one time passcode when trying to verify a payment despite my phone number being correct on the app & on your systems. I was told you were working on the problem but that was months ago. (1/2)
