    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when Iโ€™ve had to call them theyโ€™ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they havenโ€™t addressed the issue in 4 years.

    @TSB The app freezes. Constantly. And has done for the past 3 years even after updates and new phones. Itโ€™s ****. You know itโ€™s ****. Youโ€™ve done nothing about it.

    @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

    @TSB is it usual to have the app say i couldn't access moving money by stating "too many slaves and wives try again later" 100% not a joke it literally popped up.

    @YouTube i sent you a message and franly you are building the platform into a go kill yourself if you are poor space. i find your managemnt of the issues intollerable though i am too poor to fix it and have been kicked into the not paying pile as i cannot access my bank @TSB

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @TSB Iโ€™m leaving your crap bank for good. Iโ€™ve just rung customer service for help and have spoken to six Indian men, not even in this country and NONE OF THEM COULD UNDERSTAND OR HELP ME. DISGUSTING BANKING GROUP.
