  @TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

  @TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

  @TfL I used my bank card in error yesterday. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.
