It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life

When you do get a human, no notification they’ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!

Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding.
