Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

Now someone will spend time wasted on replying to you, when you KNOW it's down because of the message. They can be replying to genuine requests. R u okay?

@TSB app down once again, seriously considering moving to @BankofScotland at least then I'd be able to get to a branch if the app does down without having to take public transport for an hour.
