Graeme Innes 🏴 (@guinness1968) reported@kristinacimova @TSB TSB reluctant to advise that there is a major issue with ‘Approve Payment’ feature on the app. Instead they’ll ask for more information, for your device, operating system, what app version. They’ll ask you to uninstall / reinstall…blah, blah…. It’s a TSB issue.

Your bank was closed & there appears to be no way 2 contact you unless you're a TSB customer - even in the case of such fraud. Step 3 try to log into app but have to enter code to gain access. Step 4 gain access but then approval button doesn’t work. Step 5 abort payment. Step 6 change banks.
