Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

@TSB I think the original message said I would be contacted but when I log in, it says I need to ring a number. However, I’m currently abroad so international calling is not really a possibility - is there any other way to gain access again?

@TSB does TSB stand for Terrible Service Bank? Whole day trying to find someone to help with digital banking on behalf of my 90-year-old mother with #dementia after her husband died. Still nothing!
