Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB It’s either utterly impossible to try and get a shot of the cheque due to the distance you need to keep the phone to see the full cheque or if it does take a shot it then returns an error advising to contact the person who issued the cheque as you can’t process it.

@TSB My Elderly Mother has been trying to pay for billis using your app and is continually blocked and told someone will ring her - It's been 4days!! and every time she tries to ring there is a ridiculous wait and no hold music!! AWFUL Customer Service!!

@TSB have contacted you twice now about fraudulent attempt to open account in my name, but received another letter today welcoming me to my spend and save account. Only Bank out of 6 not to have dealt with my issue. Disturbing.
