All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

Paul (@unsynq) reported@TSB The issue I was having reffered to the scheduled time. It said it was planned for 11:30pm, not 9:55pm or before. I only noticed it when I tried to log in at work and it was already down. If you's are planning changes to the app then stick to the original time stated.

Why do you repeatedly take your production systems offline way ahead of advertised outage start times? Are customers an inconvenience? 😡

Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎
