@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@TSB No point now as the payment needed to be made so we had to make alternative arrangements. This is not the first time the app has played up. We are going to look for another account that looks are their customers and actually provides a service

@TSB Just spent over 30 mins on your site going round in circles trying to find out how to go paperless in Business bankingto then phone you & find out it's not offered to business customers, plz make this clear on your site & consider changing this option,it's 2023 #gopaperless
