    @TSB I've never experienced so many issues with a bank before it's making me really want to switch to another bank. I'm extremely unhappy with having so many issues with payments coming out wrong from my account

    @TSB Any update on when the >£2,000 taken from my account will be returned? This is completely unacceptable - @TSB have left a lot of people in real difficulty today and you’re still yet to resolve the issue.

    @TSB Just realised my account has been emptied as you’ve taken more than one duplicate payment and now I’m showing overdrawn 😕… when will the issue be fixed please do we have a timescale?

    @TSB It's no good to keep repeating the same statement. If you know it's happened then please just fix it and refund me MY MONEY! NOW! I can't afford to be without these funds

    @TSB Been without funds since 7pm this morning when I checked the app and noticed duplicate payments were taken. Now 2pm, still not refunded!!! Can't get through to TSB, no surprise there, disgraceful, another shambles from TSB. FIX IT NOW PLEASE
