    @schnitzzz1 @jhousham1 @TSB The new app update 6.5.2 for iPhones has worked for me this morning and app is now working as it should, thank goodness.

    @TSB is there an issue with online banking login, mine doesn’t have the drop down letters anymore for your memorable word. It allows you to type it in but then won’t accept it

    So my partner has now spent close to 3 hours on the phone to @TSB trying to arrange a standing order for her mum ... just passed from person to person. Woeful customer service!

    @TSB Help please! I just did my supermarket shop, went to the TSB App to approve the payment but the “approve payment” button will not work. I cannot complete/checkout the order until it does. Going round in circles 😠

    @TSB Why have you changed the method for entering the memorable data at login? Now I find I have to type in a character instead of choosing from the scroll. A key logger would pick up the characters so you've reduced security not raised it!
