@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@technologytotea @SwailesRuth @TSB Automation has gone too far already imo. It has led to a rapid decline in customer service e.g Boots/all utilities/Evri etc etc Hate it. As for those wretched virtual assistants 😵💫😵💫

@TSB It would be nice to talk to someone, but you closed the branch, would be nice to stop a lost cheque, won't do it over the phone, have to drive for 1.5 hours to sort this. As a business customer, this is shocking

Wow stunning customer service from @TSB Block a payment and end access to my internet banking which is good. Prevents fraud. Then a text to say please call. 20 mins later still on hold but you are very busy so that is fine….

Relying on public transport might feel after experiencing what I have today. Some things can’t be done through internet or phone banking and require a human touch, both of which were lacking today at @TSB. Hugely disappointing after the excellent support they gave us last year.
