  @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

  It’s a sorry state when a major #UK bank like @TSB sends threatening letters to customers who already pay back well beyond the minimum payment every month and have never missed payments to pay more or we will suspend your services in 30 days So having problems with liquidity TSB?

  @TSB thanks for letting me know you became part of Santander four days ago. I shall be closing my account tomorrow, fifty years after opening it. I left Santander several years ago after announcing their DEI credentials which was more about the staff and less about the customer

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…
