@TSB any reason why I have just opened one if your instant access accounts with the 2.5% interest rate but it won't let me add any funds into it ? Bit of a waste if time opening an account if you can't put money in !

@AsdaServiceTeam OK. So they now want you to send them an email re: the authorisation. Who am I dealing with to fix this? You or @TSB ? This is unacceptable.

@satnam6502 @TSB A similar thing happened with my wife, Satnam. She was a longterm customer, was rejected by the bank. We reached out to the credit cards section about it, she was granted a premium card she really wanted. You never know until it gets to a customer loyalty exec. Hang in there!

@TSB Are you taking the p**s. There's a cost of living crisis after a pandemic. You're aware of my vulnerabilities. I'm as of this second £35 overdrawn DUE TO YOUR FAILURES. With the technology and customer service. Online app and telephone. I waited 3days for a response. #TSB

@TSB I have now followed you. I would prefer replies as dm. And yes, I am a TSB customer. This message came through on the same thread as many legitimate messages from TSB which is why it’s concerning. MA
