I raised a complaint last week, eventually got a reference number yet no acknowledgement via email that my complaint has been logged or even properly recorded?? Everyone I've spoken to doesn't seem remotely bothered or really interested - terrible service!

I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight
