@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@TSB Have to be joking. My account has been hacked & charged & can’t get through to the fraud team for any help whatsoever. Told you have to use the chat in the app, sent a message over 40 minutes ago & I’m still waiting on a reply. This is a disgrace.

@santanderuk @TSB First experience of using the new payment screens in the Santander Connect account to import a file with multiple payments. You have taken something that was world class and replaced it with something terrible whilst attempting to tell your customers that this is an improvement.
