@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@TSB your payment approval system is not working - this has been an ongoing problem all day. Please advise when you expect it to be fixed. Already tried deleting and reinstalling, switching off etc.

@TSB how long is the payment approval going to be down? I’m trying to approve a payment online, but I’m not receiving the texts to approve.
