    @TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

    @TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

    @TSB 2 additional pieces of feedback: Adobe stuff is not mobile friendly, so I had to wait until I could log on using a laptop to actually fill in your stupid form. The fields for the branch code and mortgage number mandatory. This isn't going to help you get new customers

    @TSB No I kind of jumped the gun and was going to use it for new uni course, however have found out I’m eligible for student loan help so will explore that avenue instead. Am I ok to essentially disregard the letter then and not worry that the repayment will be automatically taken?

    @TSB Hi Rich, I'm out and about now and away from my laptop but it's very inconvenient. Seems to happen on crome the most. I'll screen shot it when it happens next, but there's usually an issue every time I come to log in... most notably at night
