@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@TSB Not only have you logged me out of the Internet banking app. No advisors are avaliable for me to reset my MI so I can get back into my account, if you ever sort the problem. And to top it off my local branch is shut on Saturdays and Sundays. Why are there no staff on phones?

@SCDC_Dawn @TSB I have been struggling since last night Dawn to get on. I have payments declining today. I tried to find a chat options as have covid can physical talk on a phone but you need to log in your account to contact them. It’s stressing me out.

@bfcrazza92 @TSB @TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.

@TSB Still down, bank closed down in Chesterfield years ago so no option to go to an actual bank. Think it’s time to open an account with a proper bank because TSB is useless in my opinion.

@TSB card been declined and online purchase declined as well. Telling us you are aware of the problem is not good enough. What has happened? If I call and wait however many hours on the phone are you able to tell me anything? Check my balance at least to ensure money is there?
