@TSB why has a load of transactions from different companies that went out and came up on my statement dated 2nd march and then been debited again today as duplicates this shouldn't be happening you've toon nearly 115 from me in error !!

@TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

@TSB So in order to use my bank account I either have to request slips to enable me to pay in somewhere that isn't my bank, or I have to draft a covering letter and still go to a Post Office to send it. Why exactly am I still banking with you with this kind of service?

@TSB I have some cheques to pay in to my account. My local branch is Rawtenstall. I work 8-4:30pm (fairly standard hours) so normally I can get to some places before they shut at 5. The problem is my branch shuts at 4 and it closes over lunch! How exactly can I use my branch?

@TSB I have had no issue previously transferring money to the account you have just blocked me from sending to, and I'm currently switching banks, because of it. One hint of restricting me from using my money for anything I wish to use my money for, and you have lost a customer.
