    @TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

    @TSB farcical stuff from yet again. Errors in login, advice to reset passwords and still it doesnt work. This is the final straw, after 20 years Ill be taking my personal and business banking elsewhere

    @TSB #CustomerService is disgraceful - I am now at the end of my tether having spent the last week trying to sort out a fraud. They put you on hold then you go back in a queue and have to go through the issue again and again. I am in despair 😞

    So after following the steps in the above from @TSB I now cannot log in to my account at all from my mobile. Honestly the worlds worst bank and I trust them with my money. Beyond a joke!

    Customer service shout out to @TSB - especially Liz who took my call. Couldn’t work out why a card I’d paid off had incurred a penalty. We realised there had been a fraudulent transaction. Fraud report raised + resolved within minutes. Friendly, reassuring, great to deal with 🙌🏻

    @TSB hello, can you please advise why my stripe payments are not being deposited into my account? There's no issue on their end, they have advised that all funds should be in my account already. Never had an issue with this until the last week?

    @TSB When you click select recipient it opens a box which you have to scroll down to read but if you scroll down it automatically closes

    @wedgie741 @TSB Im having exactly the same issues. I knownmy details are correct as i am currently logged in on the app but require to login on desktop to get statements. This is another TSB calamity

    @TSB reopend an account try register for banking day already have an account so login say I have no account ? No way to delete the account that has 0 account on to reopen another please help
