@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@TSB Hi, is there a problem with online banking? I have been told on the menu I need new login info and when I create completely new passwords it's saying it can't be the same as the old one. I can't access my account now.

@TSB Not sure who to contact in regards to it, hence asking here! In bank can't help with replacement. Debit card. Yes, have access to mobile app. Money in account, no restrictions. As I said, I literally put the card in the reader, did not enter any pin and it came up with "last try"

@TSB My nearest Branch in Wimborne is closing down soon and the next one is a bit of a drive away. So there’s no other way of accessing other than going to Boscombe or Gillingham going forward? (20 miles?)
