@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@VisaUK Any issues today? Since lunchtime my @tsb debit card has continuously been declined. Money in bank Bank has no holds, says no blocks on. Say they can see declined attempts but no error their end.

@TSB horrific customer service. TSB just blocked my account simply because I was transferring money to my open banking application. Now no way to reinstate my account and no one helping. Bank with anyone but them!

Any account holder at @TSB be aware. The @CooperativeBank are looking to take you over. Their customer service is terrible. Vote ‘no’ if you can, leave if you can’t

Hey @TSB if you're going to close down nearly all your branches at least make it easy to pay in cheques. My other bank lets me upload them on the app. Why don't you? I can't even pay it in at the post office because I don't have any paying in slips! It's 2021 #modernlifeisrubbish

@TSB I’ve just contacted the call centre and the whole experience was extremely disappointing and I left the call feeling very dissatisfied with TSB ‘service’ It was a very simple request yet had a hundred protocols and left holding and waiting for ‘ my system to load.’
