@TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

@TSB @TSB I have put the phone down after doing all that can be reasonably expected of me. Cancel the fraudulent card, I’ve cancelled the DD that has been set up on my current account which is not with TSB. If any transactions occur on the fraudulent card I will not be responsible

@TSB I can no longer purchase Crypto from my account with yourselves, I can see this is a new blanket policy although I’ve had no issues in the year+ I’ve been buying. Is there anyway to enable my account to purchase Crypto again or will I need to change who I bank with?
