    Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

    I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

    @TSB No point now as the payment needed to be made so we had to make alternative arrangements. This is not the first time the app has played up. We are going to look for another account that looks are their customers and actually provides a service

    @TSB Morning. Trying to make a payment from TSB acct to another Bank through app and no option to confirm payment. Partner has same issue. Needs to be done today for an online Easter shop which is scheduled. Any issues?

    @TSB well on the phone for an hour today to sort an issue and the monies are still not back in my account so will now have missed payments and get charges. How is this possible, madness.

    @TSB 1. Today as a new customer I had to go into your branch because the pin u sent me for my new card didn't work. Not a good start TSB.

    @TSB 2. Yr online banking app is god awful. Cld u do anything more to make it so utterly user UNfriendly?After 2 hours of trying my rent remains unpaid. With RBS it was done in 2 mins. The design is a mess, & is there a need for THAT many security questions? Its like Mastermind.

    @TSB are there issues with the app, kept saying ti could authenticate my device so I deleted and redownloaded, get as far as requesting the code by teslxt to reset up and it nevers comes through and I get the same device message again
