  I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

  @TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

  Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

  @TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

  @TSB How many times has this happened in the past 2-3 years? Must have been at least 5!!! Shocking for a bank of your size to not allow customers access to their money!! Absolute joke! I’ll be moving my business and personal accounts now, enough is enough!

  @TSB 20:20 and STILL can't access my online banking! card has declined most of the day & I have 3 kids who I need to buy food for! can't get my money out, absolutely no branches anywhere to go to!

  @TSB Not been able to access my account all day, or transfer money, placed an order online with Asda, tells me payment isn’t setup even though details are correct, I certainly hope compensation is in order for such inconvenience TSB, anxiety levels are extremely high 😰
