  @TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

  Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

  I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

  @TSB Hi, are there problems with the app and online banking? I can't access my accounts from either. I've seen messages from other people, so it looks like I'm not the only one having issues. Is there an estimated time for when I'll be able to access my accounts? Thank you.

  Dear @TSB, its really annoying when your mobile and Internet banking aren't working but your website service status page says they're fine. If its not real time, it might as well not be there.
