I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

@TSB @PrideOfBritain Your new bank refurbishment doesn't even let people swap money for change anymore, you're just there to advise debt. Not a single person welcoming as they talk to people with a face full of food and you have removed all counter service in your bank.

@SwailesRuth @TSB My goodness that really is awful, of course you are upset. Sounds like the sound of rank-closing to me. So sorry, Ruth.

@fcampbellhowes @RevolutApp I'm about to close my @TSB account as this week I tried to transfer some money in branch. I had all the ID their website said I would need, more in fact. But I didn't have the debit card (it's an account I only use online). Man behind the counter just said no.

@TSB not as ugly as your customer service or attitude towards your customers, cancelling cards, upsetting old ladies, banning people for sending money as gifts #WORSTBANKEVER #DONTBANKWITHTSB

@TSB how much can you typically withdraw in the bank without giving notice? This is easily found on other banks websites (£2500 to £5000) but can’t find it anywhere on tsb site.
