    @TSB one of the worst banking services received in the UK. The customer advisers cannot be understood their English is dreadful. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

    I have to say that the @TSB chat function is absolutely terrible; waiting at least 3 hours for a response to my query (having erroneously charged me interest two months in a row despite promising not to, and having previously offered goodwill payments to prevent my complaints)

    @TSB I’m looking at loans. Your website says both that β€œthere is no fee for making overpayments on your loan” and that β€œwe may charge up to 58 days interest on any full settlement…”. Which is it please. Both can’t be true. Is it just full settlements you charge on?!

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🀬
