    @SwailesRuth @TSB What ps me off and not jus this company they blame Covid. FFS working from home does not make it longer to respond just put teh staff on! Still no refund of the 500 taken twice from my account

    @TSB A question regarding Strong Customer Authentication. I often place orders with the supermarket for delivery 48hrs+ later. Will SCA be requested on the day I place the order, at the "confirm order" stage. If not, where would I put the 6 digit code you send me?

    @TSB Received my new TSB card today. The writing is so small I can't read the expiry date. Such a customer unfocussed decision - not everyone has 20/20 vision.

    @TSB your customer service is ridiculous I have been put back and forth by 5 agents my account is locked no one can see why or who blocked it I have a overdraft and wanna move money from savings account but I can’t
