    @TSB [2] ... been a single response to any customer tweet - You haven't even put an update out on your own Twitter feed! You have a duty of care towards your customers and you're failing miserably right now. The lack of communication is just incredible!

    5 hours of calls since Monday, 13 maybe 14 different people and a trip to local branch and yet @TSB still haven’t sorted out issue! Is it ok to get annoyed yet! Friend said they would’ve lost patience after 3rd person on day 1.

    Had to put the phone down cause @TSB have to be the most backwards bank I've ever had to deal with, 2022 and still relying on paper forms. A paper form that I've been trying to obtain for 3 months now. Absolutely shocking🀬

    @H_WolvesYYA @nicolajpriest @TSB This is the last straw for TSB and me. Literally not a week goes by they have some kind of issue. Standing order issues for people today now this. I have to go and pick my friends gift up and just hope the money turns up.
