  @TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

  @TSB is the internet banking down as trying to put in the 6 digit code to confirm logging on and it says information doesn’t match when have green ticks against everything. This has happened 4 times. Thank you
