@TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

@TSB It’s been declined cos you arseholes accused me of lying when I was a victim of fraud & now I’ve obviously been blacklisted & can’t open a bank account again, I said this when I was closing my account & you assured me I wouldn’t have a problem opening an account with another bank

@MagdaMagnetic @EdinburghWatch @TSB I agree the service in Cameron Toll is better than other branches in Edinburgh, I'm not sure if it was Toni but someone resolved the problem my mom having with kindness and respect for a client. In other branches all we heard was call the support line and they had done nothing.
