Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

@TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

@TSB I don’t understand why your Twitter team works until 10pm but your fraud team only until 8pm. I was able to transfer £25000 last week to my solicitor with no issues but can’t transfer £1000 to myself without being locked out? Every other bank account I hold has a 24h fraud line.

@jpchicgeek @TSB I also have similar issue contacting support but nothing changed until my cousin recommend @rexxytech to me and he help me recover my locked account back in 30mins. His an expert.

@TSB hi there went to deposit money into a tsb branch today. Branch was busy was offered to use the atm to deposit money. Once the money went into the atm was then told it would be in the following day! Doesn’t help for today! #letdown
