Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

@TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

@TSB I’ve been saying it for years! You all know what TSB stands for don’t you? “The Sh#%y Bank” In all customer service surveys the bank comes lowest in the high street of all of them, always! Doesn’t that tell you something? It’s been 14 hours since the app an online broke!

Our of interest is the @tsb app problem stopping people making card payments in person or withdrawing cash does anyone know? As if it is I won’t go out to the shop this afternoon I guess!

@haymonkes @TSB I’ve just researched moving to Starling bank. Can’t access any accounts by app or internet, card being declined including at cash machines and bills to pay. Seems TSB can’t cope with paydays, so this will be my last payday with them!

@scot_to_be_indy @TSB She put this tweet up at 7:17 this morning. Maybe it wasn’t trending by then as it isn’t a priority for people who are working, dealing with kids etc, at that time of the morning to jump on Twitter and alert the rest of the world that the TSB app is down?
