    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    @TSB Looked at it last night and it said all services were working. Downdetector was showing something was awry matching my experience. The page you give is only as good as the accuracy and timeliness of evidence on it

    @TSB Sent a DM over half an hour ago and had no reply there either. As well as still being on hold for what's nearly an hour. I'm definitely closing my account as soon as I can get access to my money.
