  @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

  Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

  @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB going round in circles trying to sign in to online banking. Being told I haven't used my account so need to reregister to then be told I'm already registered. I can't remember my password and it's not letting me reset it

  @TSB worst customer service ever....third time account blocked for no reason. Twice my account has been restored over chat, however the person named Lax Sharma decided not to help today and closed down the chat cause she couldn't be bothered, very poor display of help.

  @TSB I’ve been told to go to a branch to open an account. However the nearest branches near me are only open between 10am to 4pm with the counter being closed on Saturdays. How is someone working full time supposed to go?
