    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    @TSB TSB APP is the worse banking APPS out of all banking APPS this is because the people that charge thousands to build & sort the APP have no fkg idea what they are doing, which when you need to approve payments customers are screwed because they can't, T. Totally S. **** B. Bank

    @TSB Do we have a current lead time on when things are going to be resolved ? Not been able to access internet banking or app all day or pay with my debit card anywhere . With just generic updates from you every 3 hours. It’s a joke .

    @tsb your app and your support structure is ****. You can almost make a diary reminder is it payday yes, is the @TSB app down yes it is. Absolute ********* of a bank can’t even go to a branch because you have closed them all. 🛎🔚’s

    @TSB can you sort your damn site or, I haven't been able to access my account in 24hrs. Payments are needing approval on the app, which I can't do because you app isn't working! It's so frustrating
