@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB This is the very reason I opened a second account with another bank. So I always have both cards just in case 1 of them is down. Shouldnt need to do that in this day and age. App also asking for new log in details and won’t work. Shambles

@TSB I wonder how many people were stranded or had to go without food because they couldn't access funds. Stop claiming it's a log in or app issue, people couldn't use their cards or even access funds via ATM for hours. Deposits are still missing. A truthful explanation is needed.

@TSB Thought I was being scammed as asking for my details to be re-input. Not likely! Deleted app. Alas, they've left me with my 2 local branches shut down so short of changing company will need to re-upload at some point...

@TSB I still can't get access to my account. It gets as far as giving me one time code send to my mobile. After typing code it says code was wrong. Tried 3 times now

@TSB All customers, not some. My 15 year old son went to the bank and it wouldn't work. I had to pay 45 pounds for a taxi to get him home. Been down now for 6 hours. Shocking service
