@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB still app won’t verify the payment. Uninstalled and installed. Log out login again. Nothing works. TSB systems are bad.

@TSB @MeryllJones Both myself and my wife are having the same issue. I used 3 different cards on two different accounts and always authentication fails to go through. For me that's 100% failure, not 'small number of customers'

@TSB been trying since early this morning to pay bills with the approved payment not working. This is a shambles people need to pay bills. Have done web chat have reinstalled have switched device on and off. Absolute stress that is not needed. This needs to be fixed and your end
