I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

Using biometric identification, password verification etc will make online purchasing long winded and potentially impossible. WHY @TSB

This is the second year in a row I’ve tried to buy items from apple’s website to get an email saying to contact my card provider. I contacted @TSB call centre to be told that the problem is under investigation.

Surely they should be able to tell what's what quicker than that. And surely if they just change your a/c number that is gonna stop 99% of fraudsters unless they somehow have direct access..?
