    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB Don't know if this is relevant, I turned off wifi on my mobile phone and used mobile data instead and I logged onto the TSB app no problem. Internet is with Virgin Media

    @TSB disguised with you leaving a 78 year old woman with dementia unable to use her card miles away from home! I have full access and named as power of attorney but you won’t unblock her card. If anything happens you will be liable for this

    @TSB @TheFCA Internet banking has been down for some time now. I know you are working to resolve this issue but I have requested a timescale for resolution.

    @TSB can’t access mobile or online banking. As soon as I can, I’ll be closing my accounts and going elsewhere. This happens far too frequently.
