    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB @schof_paul Same automated reply to everyone’s questions. Bank are a joke meant to be sorted for 6am then it was 10am and now they have took the time down from there website. Worst bank ever and not even a ounce or remorse from them it’s a joke.

    @TSB I give up with you. It's after 10am and still no access. Absolutely not helpful at all. Yes, I could call but refuse to cost myself money by waiting on the phone forever.

    @TSB @DanSean15 Stop copying and pasting the same response and give people real answers with real time frames. Your service is exceptionally poor at the best of times and the fact you have to regularly take the whole app down to work on it is a joke. Respond properly!

    The banks will control when and where you can spend/access your money once we’re a cashless society and @TSB is a prime example it’s already happening.
