    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB We're aware some customers are receiving the same copy pasted response from Beth giving no explanation as to why we can't access our money on Payday, we're working to change back as soon as possible. Tyler
