    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB Banning crypto is not your decision to make. You provide a service, if you cannot provide this service then you need to conduct internal investig/ as to why your processes are failing your customers. You do not have the right to tell a customer what they can do with their money.

    @TSB website down again? Different devices, different connections, different browsers, cookies cleared and all I get is 'This site can't be reached'. Can access any other website including other banks!

    @TSB Well, you will loose custom. Glad I don’t back with you, if I did, I would be gone by now. I have never had any issues. This is a new asset class that is not going away.
