Hi @TSB When will we be able to use the banking app to bank business cheques. Waited 25 minutes in queue at WB branch today. @LloydsBank have provided this excellent service for several years.

@TSB How does it make sense that I can’t unblock my account by visiting the actual branch with ID on suspicion of fraud but it’s ok to do it over the phone in which it’s impossible to get through! In what planet does that make any sense?

@TSB The date format for Your Inbox isn't in right format, fairly simple really. eg 2021/07/21 , should be 21/07/2021. This has been an ongoing issue for a while.

Shocking Customer Service from @TSB firstly they block my Internet banking when I am trying to make an international payment(even though they sent me numerous texts to check it was me) no one contacts me. I have now been on hold for an hour and a half waiting to get thru.

@TSB Not much I can say, I login and keep getting errors. My son had same issue so if you are not aware it is likely because people don’t report it! You really, really need to check it out!

@TSB Every time I go on it says we cannot retrieve your account information at this time. I'm using my mobile as always through WiFi. Have never had this happen more so than the past week or so. Can gain access and then can't.
