    @TSB ordered my daughter a new bank card last week. Arrived today, via redirection service though! TSB have sent it to our old address! Despite after checking her online account that the new address is on there?! Any explanation for the error? Had we not got the redirection…

    Second time in 2 months my bank account has been frauded. Safe to say I'll be leaving @TSB as soon as someone has the decency to ring me back after saying you would yesterday 👍 awful customer service.

    @TSB It’s for a current account, was advised a manager was going to call on Saturday but this did not happen. I need statement to prove payment, I’m an ex customer and since moved address. I don’t live near branch either

    @TSB I've had fraudulent activity on my account however, can't get through to anyone to resolve it! Spent about 2 hours on hold yesterday and since 8am this morning and still no answer! Any chance of some help...bit concerned someone is helping themselves to my money!

    @TSB I dealt with them yesterday and they referred me to the complaints team who referred me to customer services the stress and upset this is causing my mother is shocking
