  @TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

  Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

  @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday
