I transferred the money once it was back in my account and this time there was no problems with @TSB it transferred straight threw to my other bank account,hope this helps you.

@TSB has bad customer service I’m so disappointed kmt NEVER EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE A BANK HAS MADE ME WAIT OUTSIDE IN THE FREEZING COLD FOR THEM 2 EMPTY THE MACHINES OR PUT MONEY IN WHATEVER THE MAN SAID. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING @TSB

@TSB any issues at your side with one time passwords? Trying to make a purchase online with credit card. When i need to enter the 6 digit OTP and email address it keeps telling me that the code is wrong even although I'm typing in the code supplied thanks!
