Klaudia Skonieczka (@KlaudiaSkoniec5) reported@santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

James Smith (@metaled92) reported@soxxylady @TSB You should join @StarlingBank. Very good customer service 24/7 and lots of good features with it too. You can live chat, send a message or call. Though it’s an online app bank so no branches

Zarzar (@Zarzar792095) reported@TSB why is the app down again?
-
willie hickey (@tin1tin1) reported@TSB app not working again today ????
-
colin (@lairdcwh) reported@TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb
-
Paul Bennett (@RedBenno) reported@TSB if you don't sort your sodding app out I'm moving to Revolut. The only reason I bank with you is I set this up when I was 15, and I've too lazy to change it. But if your app is gonna be slow, buggy and useless. There's no reason to stay.

✨ paige (@paigedanielsxo) reported@TSB why is my card not working? I can’t use my bank card, contactless or Apple Pay but I can login to online banking?
-
Potters (@spotter75) reported@TSB So how can you describe it as being free of charges then - sounds like it is triggered when ever it’s paid off. So if the customer pays early (unless in the last 90 days) they will pay a fee. Your website doesn’t make it clear. Heard of Consumer Duty?!
-
BumbleGirls (@TinyLionesses) reported@MCOOK73 @TSB Not for me either! This is a TSB problem, not a customer problem.
-
Minter79Man (@Minter79Man) reported@tsb App and website down, no way to confirm payments have gone out, any ideas when whatever issue it is this time will be fixed ?
