@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

@TSB Now I have the opposite issue more money has gone into my account than should have been refunded unless extra has gone in as compensation. Need to do my shopping tomorrow and scared to use my card because can't guarantee money will stay put in my account when I pay for shopping

@TSB However, during that you caused me to be down to my few pounds, which is stressful when you have to commute to work and pay bills... Some compensation would be nice for all the hassel involved.

@KevinRo21410945 @TSB my bank was fine until about 1am now there's all sorts of transactions that I didn't even make and ones from the start of the month. it's put me into an unauthorised overdraft and left me no money for food or getting to work. I didn't even know there was issues until an hour ago
