Happy to bank with @TSB just come off the phone to customer services unfortunately they can't speed up the refund process but the advisor I spoke to was brilliant. All in all 10/10 for customer service.

@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

@MrJackMcLaren @TSB Ive heard, if you’re using iPhone, faceid isnt working but if you use memorable info it works 👍 (still disappointing service, granted)
