    @TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

    @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

So thank you for taking the time mate 👍 I work in Customer Service and know if I have two customers to look after & one isn't coming back to us, that's the one that goes last. But true.     Hi @Dekopay and @TSB, I had to cancel an order for something because of a data formatting mismatch between your two systems. I lost out on the thing I was trying to buy, and a retailer lost a sale and a customer. Not very good.

    @TSB shocking customer service ,over an hour still awaiting my call to be answered by your fraud team ,there has not been any fraud ,I used the card myself and now blocked card

    @TSB 3 days on the phone trying to contact fraud team Automated support refers to me a live chat that I can’t access because the fraud team have locked me out of my account I have bills to pay urgently and need access to my account or a human being ASAP
