And to top it off my local branch is shut on Saturdays and Sundays. Why are there no staff on phones?

Chris Holmes (@Chris_Holmes_1) reported@Tiggerjoh @TSB @TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.
