  @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

  Happy to bank with @TSB just come off the phone to customer services unfortunately they can't speed up the refund process but the advisor I spoke to was brilliant. All in all 10/10 for customer service.

  @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks

  @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).
