@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

@TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

@TSB why are you still advising the hundreds of people contacting you to reset their devices or send you a DM with the error! Clearly internet banking is NOT working and if you don’t know that then that’s half the problem! Will you fix it PLEASE and stop with the stupid questions

@TSB @kwgordonso why not accept that it is down - look at all the reports rather than waste everyone’s time reinstalling the app? Do I need to reinstall my PC because internet banking isn’t working too? When will TSB start to take issues seriously and acknowledge the problem every single time!
