@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

@TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

Happy to bank with @TSB just come off the phone to customer services unfortunately they can't speed up the refund process but the advisor I spoke to was brilliant. All in all 10/10 for customer service.

@TSB Otp is fair enough its that logging in with password then memorabil info etc is a farce when the app is known for sooo many issues. Having to call friend to pay for me!!

@BankofScotland I literally can’t get a bank account nowhere. There’s nothing anyone can do to help. Thank you @TSB for all of this, accusing me of lying when I had money stolen from me and reported it to yous, just to save your pockets you’ve fully messed up my life.

@TSB Im sorry it's come to this. Ive been with TSB for 20 years plus. 6 of my 7 children are with TSB because I opened their accounts. Communication and service standards have deteriorated horribly in recent years and that saddens me.
