@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Well @TSB are loosing a customer today. They can’t help me on social media or over the phone. You people are incapable at send a paying in book and your phone advisors are rude. You have closed 2 of my local branches and you want me to travel an hour each way to my “closest”.

@TSB why when calling a branch number does it go to a recorded message saying your team is busy, when the branch is actually closed and should be open? Lying to customers is poor customer service
