    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

    @TSB I have sent the photo. My son who is also a tsb customer has also just tried to deposit a different cheque on his own account and is also unable to do so with the same error code

    @soxxylady @TSB You should join @StarlingBank. Very good customer service 24/7 and lots of good features with it too. You can live chat, send a message or call. Though it’s an online app bank so no branches
