    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB £240 sent to husband at 12 am he still has not received it and I no longer have it in my account where is it? How long will this take to fix, I sent him £8 at 11 and that worked.

    @TSB hi, i transferred £100 to another account at around 12am on 13/01/23 and it has yet to be received and there is no trace of the transfer besides my balance being £100 down. i can now not pay for other things i need to and your chat system has been no help.

    @TSB I have sent money at 00:20 and its gone without any trace to follow.. also no info on when the issue is going to be resolved or where my money went. In app chat is useless as i have been waiting for 2h and there is no response whatsoever. I want my money back in my account.

    @TehSparKzz @DavidBe16206028 @TSB Almost a grand here.. Sent from a tsb account I had for 19 years no issues u til today.. To my lloyds account. You can guarantee tsb lost a good customer after this crap! Can't even get it fixed for their customers and didn't even seem too sorry just tried to egt me off the phone

    All those waiting for your money or transfers to be done with @TSB just been told they still are trying to fix it.. And it will get at fixed at some point today.. But they didn't sound that sure. And didn't reassure me that I'll get my money. 👌👌😑
