@TSB Shocking really. How do you explain an issue like this? I've had payments made from the beginning of March come out again today... Absolutely shocking. How can that even happen? #TSB should be contacting us directly to explain this. I should have left ages ago.

@midnightsky_1 @TSB can you help out? That money should've gone either that day or the next business day, not nearly 2 weeks after.

@TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

@TSB @robertodayaggio Why? You don't reply to DMs. Do we need to ring in to report this? Or will you know each and every customer it's happened too?

@TSB What caused this issue? Whoever is in charged should be sacked. I'm short several hundred pounds. This needs to be fixed immediately!

@TSB I appreciate this is a wider-scale issue although I was due to pay some bills off today out of that money which I obviously couldn't do

@TSB Finally; a resolution! And what about compensating people who have, literally, been left with nothing today? And told “ask family and friends for money” - have emailed your CEO, was palmed off to your Head of Customer Service. Still awaiting a call…

@TSB Is there any time scale to resolve the issue? I have two payments going out of my account soon. I spoke to to service provider and they are unable to stop the payment as it’s too short notice.
