But can I just say, @TSB - this is a shocking way to treat a customer! I plan to refer the case to the financial ombudsman to help prevent it happening again. 🙏

Bert (@bert_jaya) reported@TSB just had a payment blocked and now can’t log-in to online banking. Was on hold for 25 minutes, was told that someone has tried to empty my account, call cut out and they didn’t bother ringing back. Now on hold again! Horrendous customer service.
