@virginmedia ever since you swapped to the awful @O2 for your network my signal has been atrocious. Not just where I live in Gloucester (total deadspots in places with no network) but everywhere...even weak signal strength in London. Not my handset as my daughter has same issues

@virginmedia Can confirm that after 45 mins on the phone including 10 mins on hold, the call disconnected (or someone disconnected me) without me getting any help or service. Thanks a lot.

@virginmedia Wireless ....let's not go down the whole "ahh that's wired " only ..I get over 100-200 normally the connection has been faulting at least 2-3 days a week now ...time to look elsewhere I think
