    @virginmedia There is some error at virgins end I tried to pay 12 days ago and was told I could two days later. I couldn’t! Tried yesterday and told now next Wednesday!! My phone is s paperweight!! I have the right to cancel Ofcom told me so I want my number and pac code back today.

    @virginmedia No more excuses, no more passed from pillar to post with every excuse trying to stop me cancelling. I want both back today or I’ll be back on to ofcom. I mean which company refuses to be paid!!! Joke of a company it’s went right down in my estimations.

    @virginmedia Not really no. Granted I know there are areas of poor/no signal on this route but it shouldn't be this bad. I seem to only get 4G in major cities/towns, anywhere else all I get is H+. Using a Huawei Mate20 Pro and has no issues with EE.

    @virginmedia There's nothing wrong on my end. I've definitely noticed since switching to Virgin Mobile I've had much less 4G signal than when I was on EE. If I wasn't tied in with my Broadband contract I'd have switched back by now.

    @Jo3yDubz @virginmedia But but, have you restarted it? Can you put it in hub mode, everything just to prove its not your end. When its not your end..... Poof! Its fix a broken fibre or thats it... Nothing to do with the actual networks - load, routing, la la la

    @virginmedia Service status exactly the same! There was work being done from 24th-1st on my area but assuming that finished as nothing to suggest otherwise. Sorry I have no idea what hub I am on

    @virginmedia All my tv, broadband and phone services are down. Nobody available from Virgin to help. Done all the usual checks and still off.

    @virginmedia Not bothered about compensation more bothered about service I hadn't got and needed. Contract up for renewal, second time this has happened in a few months, so I better get a good deal

    Hey @virginmedia I've been told several times that the parental controls have been turned off on my TV box, but they haven't. 3 separate complaints logged and this particular issue still isn't resolved.

    @virginmedia But as Matthew has stated this has been going on for a week now. This is more than just a little issue. If they are awaiting parts then just say. Taking ownership of an issue always used to be important when I worked for VM BB support in Wales.
