    @virginmedia There is some error at virgins end I tried to pay 12 days ago and was told I could two days later. I couldn’t! Tried yesterday and told now next Wednesday!! My phone is s paperweight!! I have the right to cancel Ofcom told me so I want my number and pac code back today.

    @virginmedia No more excuses, no more passed from pillar to post with every excuse trying to stop me cancelling. I want both back today or I’ll be back on to ofcom. I mean which company refuses to be paid!!! Joke of a company it’s went right down in my estimations.

    @virginmedia strikes again! Yet another situation where one call handler says she's fixed a problem, then today I'm told the fix couldn't happen. Then when I asked for the date my contract is up, they told me September, which again is wrong, should have been July or August...1/2

    @virginmedia I tried but it's been over 10 years since the account was set up account, tried various but tbh my kids have killed 20% of my brain. Is there no other way I can check it's still a problem esp weekends

    @virginmedia I have also rang 3 times and the second time i rang to complain the lady put the phone down on me so i want to make a complaint about her. For my first month with you your customer service has been shocking so far! Should of stayed with Sky!

    Don’t bother buying @virginmedia 1gb broadband. Has never been above 100mb for me, and is more typically 50-75mb. 30min wait time on helpline. Complete lemon.

    @virginmedia No - I have tried multiple browsers on different devices- private browsing etc still no joy. This is a really terrible start for a new customer. Seemingly this is a well known issue and has been happening for a prolonged period of time for a number of new customers 😡

    @virginmedia Instalcom cut by accident, rang Virgin and wrong problem got recorded, Thursday tweeted and engineer came Sat! He can’t do- Kellys Communication apparently on way… when????
