@virginmedia A phone - as part of my new contract. As a new customer, this has been a terrible experience. I want to cancel it. I've been passed around from person to person when I ring your customer services.

@virginmedia 3 times in 2 months I’ve called this bloody company over “on demand issues” and they fix it in minutes so they clearly know the issue. I’m not wasting my time ringing them again, just not renewing anything with them when my contract is done

  • DJDAVIES1984 daniel (@DJDAVIES1984) reported

@virginmedia Yes, they provided me with an email address that doesn't work, as far as I know the cancellation has been processed and I will have to pay £170 cancellation fee if I can't provide proof

  • IAreSam Sam (@IAreSam) reported

@virginmedia It just felt a bit threatening, that it was something out of my control yet by reporting it there was a risk it would cost me personally to fix it for the street. I understand though. Thank you for the help. I will keep refreshing in hope I can carry on with what I was doing. Ta!

  • NatJPaints Natalie 🍄🦇 (@NatJPaints) reported

@virginmedia I've rang 5 times, and no one can help. I want to cancel my contract immediately since I've not been given the phone in the contract deal. You are breaking your own contract agreement.

@virginmedia Wait for it to be returned to yourselves to cancel the contract, or set up a new contract....
