@virginmedia poor customer service. I’m confident you can do better.

  • Love2knit4love Love2knit4love (@Love2knit4love) reported

@virginmedia I have already went through these & getting nowhere !! Been a customer for nearly 30yrs but it’s becoming obvious customers that have a problem are not wanted

  • VirulentPip1989 Phil Sawyer (@VirulentPip1989) reported

@virginmedia As shown on in the screenshot packet loss. I cannot play online games or use voice chat without intermittent bouts of packet loss and as shown in the screenshot it's the first hop after my router so not a localised issue to my network.

  • salmantahir1 Salman Tahir (@salmantahir1) reported

@virginmedia Is there no email address? I wanted to forward my web order details. They can’t verify my account which is half the problem but all my signup details are on email

  • ryanmallinson Ryan Mallinson (@ryanmallinson) reported

@virginmedia Hi, I've been on a call for 45 mins (and counting) to cancel an installation due 18/01. Managed to get through to your cancellations team who have put me on hold for the last 10 mins. What is taking so long?

  • russsanders2 russ sanders (@russsanders2) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@virginmedia customer service not answering phone. How you expect to keep customers.

  • loveayurvedatv Ayurveda TV (@loveayurvedatv) reported

@virginmedia YOUR phone is on an automated service which says call back another time. I told you this yesterday. I’ve waited 24 hours. So what now?

  • BlaineCJackson Blaine (@BlaineCJackson) reported

@virginmedia @virginhelp Yes I have checked, it says the area is fine. A current router has been cut off as I was speaking to virgin on the phone and they couldn't find our MAC address, we're due a new router on Monday the 18th. However, we never told we would be cut from our provider.

  • PaulTShears Paul Shears (@PaulTShears) reported

@virginmedia why are you so bad at customer service? I'm currently having to reboot my hub 2 or 3 times a day for the Internet to work and all I keep being told to do is restart the hub!

  • BryonyRowntree Bryony Rowntree (@BryonyRowntree) reported

@virginmedia Yes, we have. Many times. The website never takes us to a place where we can request a new router or to book an engineer...even though the service page says we can do that!
