@virginmedia As shown on in the screenshot packet loss. I cannot play online games or use voice chat without intermittent bouts of packet loss and as shown in the screenshot it's the first hop after my router so not a localised issue to my network.

@virginmedia @virginhelp Yes I have checked, it says the area is fine. A current router has been cut off as I was speaking to virgin on the phone and they couldn't find our MAC address, we're due a new router on Monday the 18th. However, we never told we would be cut from our provider.

@virginmedia why are you so bad at customer service? I'm currently having to reboot my hub 2 or 3 times a day for the Internet to work and all I keep being told to do is restart the hub!

@virginmedia Yes, we have. Many times. The website never takes us to a place where we can request a new router or to book an engineer...even though the service page says we can do that!
