    @virginmedia I have just got through on the telephone on 03454541111 and had to pay £116.50 to try and cancel contract as operator said virgin media do not accept cancellation by letter. He then transferred me to relations team and I waited 10 minutes for someone to speak but no one did !

    @virginmedia You check this number account, you’ll see it’s unused mostly few seconds per call, if this data was an error, which it sounds like it was, then considering It’s never happened before this is wrong, I have no income, Disabled +44 (0) 7914 851253

    @virginmedia I have tried calling and emailing virgin media to cancel my broad band contract. I have also written to virgin media on 1/7/2020 to cancel contract but No reply !! Not good service and would advise against using virgin media

    @virginmedia actually shocked at how poor your customer contact centres are, the ones in the UK and the ones offshore. No resolution, no quality customer experience means your product is completely ruined by your service delivery

    Started conversation with Virgin Media at 09:40. Was transferred to retentions 2 hours ago. Still waiting for them to respond. Not their fault - busy and tech issues. But my god is it frustrating (for them as well, I imagine) - ok, whiny tweet over 👍🏻

    @virginmedia once again this is the most terrible customer retention. As a long standing customer you are now asking me to pay £250 per year more than a new customer for the same service. I am baffled and disappointed by this policy. #broadband

    @virginmedia Why am I now being told I’ll be sent a LETTER to change my password?? I answered the sec Qs correctly but now a letter will take 5 days. Why can’t I do this online, like all other password changes? Is it a delay tactic? Cancel my contract NOW, as requested.

    @virginmedia The customer care team are not helping the customer or showing any care. Who do we speak to about Virgin's awful service and terrible actions to a vulnerable person? Is there anyone who can cancel the package without charge and put this right? Customer care cannot.

    @virginmedia and before ask there are no known problems but when I check my status it says there is an issue, to check back in 23hrs and you will book an engineer!

    @virginmedia Nope no fault reference just that they would log the complaint and fault. Still terrible today and affecting working from home.

    Just had to put a 2nd call into @virginmedia this afternoon to sort out the problem they caused from this mornings call to them, which was to attempt to sort out issues from a previous call to them 🤬 New TV aerial installed next week and once @CityFibre are running, VM are gone!
