    @virginmedia You check this number account, you’ll see it’s unused mostly few seconds per call, if this data was an error, which it sounds like it was, then considering It’s never happened before this is wrong, I have no income, Disabled +44 (0) 7914 851253

    @virginmedia actually shocked at how poor your customer contact centres are, the ones in the UK and the ones offshore. No resolution, no quality customer experience means your product is completely ruined by your service delivery

    Last time I moved house, Virgin was added to my list of banned suppliers because of the terrible service given by Virgin Media. This time the following have been added for the same reason. - BT - Phone Co-op Do better, landline and broadband providers.

    @virginmedia I have been told the same thing for months, that there is an issue in the area and the engineers are working on it. Month's, not day, months and every day there is an issue with the internet. I will stop paying my bill if this is not sorted.

    @virginmedia No I’ve reset the hub turned it on and off and used the app to see where it might not work I’ve also been on the website to see if there’s any issues and there’s none rn but I’m using my data at home still

    @virginmedia so after your so call wifi upgrade my devices keep saying 'failed to obtain IP address' and can't connect! What's that about and how do we fix it? Reset doesn't do it.

    @virginmedia saga continues- so their call handler didn’t call me back and now someone’s told me they cancelled my compensation cheque because my account is closed. My account was closed because you couldn’t provide a simple service for 4.5 months and damaged my property.
