    @virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

    @virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

    @virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

    @virginmedia Are you planning on giving all your customers a discount for your constant broadband issues and not delivering what people are paying for? I see it was fixed earlier but it’s gone down once again in the last hour. It seems to be a daily occurrence now.

    @simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

    @virginmedia And there lies the problem 28 DAYS. My broadband keeps going down at different times for variable times. To be honest your customer services are woeful to say the least I have been lied to and fobbed off. If it were not for all the hassle involved I would cancel all my services.

    @virginmedia Yes, we have been on call to your customer services for most of the day and the best they can do is tuesday. My husband and son are now unable to work u til late tuesday. Totally fed up with service after being customers for over 15 yrs.

    @virginmedia Landlines not worked in about 6 months. Broadband goes down at least 3 times a week. I work from home, so it’s far from ideal. My husbands the acct holder as you wouldn’t let us have two services when we had a non simultaneous move, so no one will help when I call.

    @virginmedia Yep tried this, yesterday it said something like "there are some issues in your area" with 0 context or extra options to find out anything more, and now its saying there are no issues which clearly isn't true because my broadband isn't working
