@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia Call times are always "busy". Times have not got any worse since covid, and all that comes with this worldwide issue, arrived. Pre-2020 times were just as poor and I feel that your customer services are just too difficult to get a hold of....
