  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

@virginmedia Come on guys. Can you at least let me watch the MotoGP on BT sport 2? I’m pretty sure I have the rights to watch it since I watched it yesterday no problem

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

  • NimeshDave7 Nimfresh.exe (@NimeshDave7) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia @vmbusiness why does my RTC internet connection disconnect every hour and connect 10 seconds later? It’s been happening for weeks, every hour it will go down for 10 seconds then reconnect??!?!? It’s problematic for my work!

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia Hi, done all that, effects wifi, have ordered wifi pods but out of stock. Not sure why speed so slow, I'm supposed to be getting a boost according to your helpline colleague last week

  • Dog_in_a_hat Wayne™ (@Dog_in_a_hat) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia Why would I run a wired speed test when I have no wired appliances? I pay for a wifi service...

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia So would this solve the t.v. issues?

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Tannice_ Tannice (@Tannice_) reported

Hey @virginmedia I really need to speak to a human being to explain my issue with my wifi dropping out all the time but this is not possible. I have called your phone lines, done all the troubleshooting and am now at a loss and struggling because I am working from home.

  • Tannice_ Tannice (@Tannice_) reported

@virginmedia Yes we did all that and apparently everything is fine but it isn’t. Our service drops out constantly. It will be ok then it’s gone. I am unable to do meetings, I have lost custom because of this intermittent service issue, just get redirected to forums. Why can’t I talk to you?

  • Tannice_ Tannice (@Tannice_) reported

@virginmedia Oh, I’m so sorry you are so busy, maybe because your service is poor? I am busy too. Yes. We have, I haven’t even had the ability to speak to someone. I had to turn off my wifi on my phone this moment to see this tweet because of the issue.

  • JamesTurner37 James Turner QC (@JamesTurner37) reported

@virginmedia I’ve been doing that since 21 July every time it goes off again after the area problem has supposedly been fixed. Doesn’t Virgin have records that will show what in fact has been going on since 21 July?

  • tuhhduhh Tam (@tuhhduhh) reported

@virginmedia How do you ‘report’ a loss of service? Frankly I don’t want to be in a service that ‘doesn’t think this is a big enough priority to fix now’ (according to the engineers who have come out already. At what point does flat out not providing a service lead to breach of contract?

  • stevesmith159 Steven Smith (@stevesmith159) reported

@virginmedia I would like to cancel the contract please. Can you explain why you hook people in and then don't communicate with them? Do you hope they go through the cooling off period and then sting them when they have to cancel?

  • FoodieBoys Rob (@FoodieBoys) reported

@virginmedia I was told on the phone yesterday it’s because of an issue in the area - it’s not been working properly for months now. How do we get money off our next bill seeing as we’re constantly using our 4G instead?

  • whatdontiknow ssa (@whatdontiknow) reported

@virginmedia For 8 weeks my business internet has not been working/intermittent! 2 engineers out, over 25 calls to your faults team and still nothing has been fixed! Decided to completely cancel and go elsewhere! Unable to run my business! Would not recommend virgin broadband!!!!

  • stilletio1 ln@graphics&art (@stilletio1) reported

@Lord_Sugar Working from home when you have no supervisor or support is a big no no. Results are often poor, you only need to be a customer of virgin media to see this.

  • yashranade Yash Ranade (@yashranade) reported

@virginmedia I registered loss of service on Friday afternoon. Appreciate it that there may be issues but a 5 day outage is very strange. It's your job to fix it not just keep telling us that there a problem. People's jobs depend on connectivity. Spend more on engineers than marketing.
