@virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

@virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

@virginmedia I finally got a reply and then the agent went on a break! So not resolved 3 hours after starting. Now trying the cancel my services as so disappointed by the service. Used same service with Sky today and my (complicated) request resolved in 25 minutes.

@virginmedia #virginmedia I have been using virginmedia through the ages from 'Mercury' through Telewest, blueyonder etc. 30+ years. I note it to be consistent when a complaint is raised it 1) Takes ages to respond and 2) The response NEVER covers the actual complaint raised.

@virginmedia Sent my details 2 days ago still haven’t heard a thing. Terrible experience since moving home and making the mistake of taking virgin as provider, cut off 2 weeks early, billed £168 incorrectly. Now that I have moved, only half a job complete. Awful customer services.
