    Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

    @virginmedia But the balance can never be cleared as a new payment goes on by time i can pay bill and i could not afford to pay 2 bills to be able to do this . Internet is so important at the moment there must be something you can do as my son and daughter in law can now

    @virginmedia It’s choice and you’ve already told me it’s not possible. And I’m sort of fixing the piss poor installation from 2016 anyway as the cable was laid along my bungalow guttering that no longer exists as I’ve had a new roof: T&Cs or not I’m not leaving that swinging at head height.

    @virginmedia Result was a threat to cut off fibre and phone services within 10 days unless we accepted 50pc increase for 3 months min. VM offer should have been 'stay same for couple of months until family death issues finalised'.
