    @virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

    @virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

    @virginmedia I’ve already spoken to your tech team yesterday hence the engineer visit booked. But we be never used a service where I’ve had so many outages Ever. In 20 years of internet usage. Your company is an embarrassment. .As soon as my contract is up I’ll just survive on mobile data

    @virginmedia 1/2. Sadly it hasn’t solved the issue. I find myself again on a Saturday afternoon without Internet. I was going to use it to watch the champions league final with my now heartbroken 8 year old son!!! Technical team hung up on me!!! I’m appalled!!! Disgusting behaviour. ....

    @virginmedia so, now I haven’t had any internet at home since Monday, engineer can’t come for a week but no offer of mobile internet hub to help out. Can’t get any sense out of chat, end up with bots putting me in 4 hour queues. How are we meant to home school? Awful service.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply, The issue is intermittent, hasn't happened today but happend a couple of times yesterday and previous day's, All WiFi and ethernet devices lose internet, I thought it was just WiFi but our wired computers lose internet too.
