    Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

    @virginmedia That was 6 days ago! Internet is still bad and I can’t watch anything upstairs through the virgin box in my bedroom that I pay extra for. Not sure really what I pay £65 per month for!! Worse internet ever. I don’t even have movies or sports. Such a rip off!
