@virginmedia My elderly dad has a V6 box that has been broken for 2 mnths, rang up for a replacement and received a TiVo box with mfg date 2014, & a plug for superhub no TiVo plug. We were told u have no V6 boxes left, is this true?! He isn’t getting the service he is paying for.
