@virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

@virginmedia Seems OK now. It was Prime Video that was the problem. I think they couldn't handle all the football live streaming very well, and something had to give. Thanks 👍

  • HenleyDB
    Henley (@HenleyDB) reported

@GreyBlackstone @virginmedia They're charging me over £105 for only broadband. They're a bunch of greedy jokers. I had an issue and called them, they made things worse. I'm stuck not renewing my contract. If they mess up again, I end up paying even more but on a new contract or accidentally disconnected.

@JeanDifford It's made very clear that you do if you want to: 'Watch or record live TV on any pay TV service, like Sky, Virgin Media or EE TV. Watch live TV on streaming services like YouTube, Channel 4, Amazon Prime Video or any international channels'. I don't want a criminal record.

@virginmedia just had a shocking experience trying to query my package involving a house move. Do you not have any staff you can discuss things with anymore? Or is it all AI as the answers I got made no sense. So I've asked to cancel.

@roisinecarr @virginmedia @virginmedia Reported an issue 2 months ago and only just received a response. The advice given was unhelpful, careless, and frankly unprofessional. The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste
