Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

@virginmedia Thanks. The agent I spoke to advised that the work on the issue is est. to be completed at 10am tomorrow. You and that agent have been really helpful, your people are good. Your help systems on the other hand are awful. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to get info.
