@pescott_gemma @virginmedia Ok Sorry have you been and looked at the nearest exchange box to your addressand checked as if its damaged they wont know till someone tells them if that looks Ok im guessing they will need resend signal down the line

@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia None - I just said hello and asked what they wanted .. they said from Virgin and my details are being used... I put the phone down . Number blocked but new twist of the Microsoft / BT one. Obvious a call coming from a overseas call centre from all the noise in the background.

@virginmedia Waste of time calling in. The CS reps just tell me the same thing over and over… restart the router etc Even had an engineer out and he said your mesh pods are a waste of time!!! Had nothing but issues with them. It’s at the top of the stairs with the router directly below it.

@virginmedia There's no issue in my area, it impacts devices connecting via an ethernet cable too so not a WiFi specific issue. The hub just periodically stops working, I can't connect to it all when it does.
