    @virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

    @simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

    @virginmedia Are you planning on giving all your customers a discount for your constant broadband issues and not delivering what people are paying for? I see it was fixed earlier but it’s gone down once again in the last hour. It seems to be a daily occurrence now.

    @virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

    @virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

    @PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

    Parcel 'delivered', proof of delivery is a photo of the back garden of our block of flats, parcel got taken by someone before we got home, no humans available to speak to, fobbed off via email. No wonder Virgin Media dropped you guys years ago. Abysmal service. @Hermesparcels

    @virginmedia I have absolutely no idea. I doubt there is a problem at the property ad many other users have reported similar slowdowns in the Croydon area. Some might have not noticed as the network continues to work just at apx 3Mbps instead of anything reasonable (I am at 350M package)

    @AllanGPaterson Got rid of our landline years ago. It’s actually part of our Virgin package, but it’s been broken for most of a decade. Not worth fighting the absolutely hostile Virgin Media fault system to get it fixed.
