@virginmedia Hi, as a family, all 4 of us are having problems with the mobile network. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

@virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

@virginmedia The service I have been provided is not good enough. The team knew 10 days before I was notified of the change. I was also promised some compensation which a manager would approve when they called me. But shockingly I haven’t had that call

@virginmedia I have, they tell me a technician is fixing it locally so my appointment will get canceled when it's fixed. I've actually just had an email saying the problem is fixed, but mine still ISNT. Now your website is saying to monitor for 24 hours before I can book another.
