    Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

    @virginmedia I rang through and the staff member spent 10 mins waffling and speaking so slow I wanted to break my phone. Only to tell me she doesn’t know what the problem is or when it will be fixed.

    @virginmedia what the **** is going on in Corby !Your system keeps failing!! Are you going to give us a refund for every day a so called cable uninterrupted system fails ?? Sky is looking much better after the 20th time in 2 years that Virgin has failed !! Not worth recommending

    Day EIGHT of my complete broadband outage with @virginmedia 😡 However there IS hope. Today an engineer from them is supposed to be arriving-so trying to be positive What a complete nightmare of an experience this has been, so I'm REALLY hoping this will be the turning point🤞
