Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gordon (@brexit_blue) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Try dealing with @SkyUK Ben. Indian Call Centre! No words! After 30+ years as a Sky customer our Sky contract was terminated in December all because we moved home and needed a Sky Stream box instead of Q but cost increase was staggering so terminated. Never heard from Sky again.
-
Chríss (@Chriss_m) reported@emma_blingo @Benleo @virginmedia Very, very common. I don’t know a single person who gets the speed (consistently) that they’re actually paying for. This, I think, is a huge scandal that’s never really looked at.
-
RosyPosy 🌹 (@RosyPosy_kitteh) reported@IamCarrieagain @virginmedia .@virginmedia truly shame on you, do you realise how difficult it is for disabled people to be without the internet, unbelievably bad practice, and after the difficult time you also gave to my elderly Mum I’m glad not to be a customer too, if this is the way you provide a service.
-
Frantruth 🏴 🇬🇧 (@frantruth) reported@Benleo Trouble is, Virgin Media isn't British owned. Regardless, it should be written into law that if you provide telecommunications to British customers, the call centre serving sales and customer service must be based in Britain.
-
Michael (@MICKLE_M) reported@virginmedia could you please supply me with a contact number please. You are telling me I have to upgrade to anew box , however when I sp yourself 2 remote controls rather than 2 boxes. Your app is ridiculously poor. Give me a number please
-
Chrissie (@Luv_Farmers) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I'm surprised that an investigative journalist even accepted these conditions in the 1st place. VM has an awful reputation for this kind of behaviour which is widely known. Sorry this happened to you but it was to be expected
-
Paul (@PaulUtd16) reported@TonyDabell @mark_wootten @virginmedia 100% virgin are absolutely atrocious! Customer service skills of Darth Vader!
-
v (@PaulWes15396579) reported@MRWayneLaws @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp the misery i’ve had the last year , damaged my rating [their fault], arrogant customer service , i paid 9 months to get out early , still getting hassle . i feel your pain , just bullies
-
Ben Leo (@Benleo) reportedWhat this comes down to is Virgin Media not wanting consumers to be able to skip adverts anymore using pause and rewind live TV. I assume they get more from advertising money when people are forced to watch adverts on their streaming boxes. Fine, I understand that. But lying and misselling and treating customers like this in order to achieve that is unacceptable.
-
Bradley Archer (@archer_bra73029) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Mate they are scum and they just want your money. Always having problems because they are thick as ****
