Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

@virginmedia Hi, as a family, all 4 of us are having problems with the mobile network. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

Can't decide if @virginmedia are callous or just stupid. My father died suddenly in May leaving my disabled mother with his account to deal with. She rec'd a new contract - all okay. Today she gets a bill stating she owes £399 and it doesn't reflect her new contract at all.

@virginmedia 3/ trying to call to make a complaint. 0345 454 111 ‘Help’ line is dead. I’ve already had to buy over £30 extra data for phones because there is no coverage and signal sometimes goes to nothing. We all work from home. Please help urgently. This is taking sooooo much time
