    @virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

    @virginmedia Hi, as a family, all 4 of us are having problems with the mobile network. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

    What **** is blocking my internet @virginmedia , it’s in a open space, switched it off and on, stood on one leg, got full bars but still won’t let me watch a basic YouTube video on my phone

    @pescott_gemma @virginmedia Ok Sorry have you been and looked at the nearest exchange box to your addressand checked as if its damaged they wont know till someone tells them if that looks Ok im guessing they will need resend signal down the line

    @virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

    @virginmedia I’ve had to call you in the past week 150 & you had to reset the router ... I shouldn’t need to do this! It’s your responsibility to ensure I have the service I pay (a lot) for!!!

    @virginmedia Just been talking to someone on live chat who did not help at all. I have done all the checks he asked and still the issue is there. He will not send a new router because "there is no issue" Then why do I still have a issue? I will be looking to go with another provider.

    @virginmedia It’s back on today, but it ruined our ‘lock-in’ plans last night. We’re still waiting for the new TV boxes and our WiFi boosters, as it is, this is a very disappointing ‘upgrade’. I’ve spent the last 4-5 years feeling disappointed by what we hoped would be a premier service.

    @stephenhksn @michaelfollett @TheBembridge Worth noting that Virgin Media and Mobile no longer have anything to do with that Richard Branson Pratt. So I grabbed a great SIM only deal with a large monthly rollover of unused data with it. it piggyback on the EE Network, which is the only one that gives indoor coverage

    @virginmedia Internet blackout since 12pm Friday. Your technical support team and your twitter responses are sub-optimal. Clearly someone has made an error and you are in breach of your SLA's. You've had 48 hours to fix the issue, @virginmedia please confirm when this will be resolved today.

    @virginmedia The issue is not with VM it has nothing to do with the service... The issue is with the HUB 3 restarting every few hours. How can a community forum fix a broken router or faulty power supply? I will pay for a new router to be shipped to me if I have to.
