Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia Hi, had issues with v low WiFi speeds for 8 weeks also effecting t.v. services. Have reported constantly, awaiting WiFi pod and call from tech team, neither of which have happened, formal complaint submitted

@om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

@virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

We spoke to Virgin media 3 weeks ago asking for help as our broadband is constantly dropping out. Sadly VM do NOT deliver what they promise ....terrible service, shocking product ... #FasterCloser. I don’t think so.

@virginmedia hello. My new wifi was fitted on Saturday. This doesn’t reach the full property. The engineer said this is the fault of the sales team as I wasn’t asked the size or explained how this works and need wifi pods. Called your customer support and on the phone 1.5 hours

@virginmedia anyone got a fix for the well known black screen blinking hdmi issue with an lg/samsung tv? All reboots done, firmware updated and tried 2 different hdmi cables and 2 different tv,s. Is it the v6 output settings? Set to 1080,2160 and 2160 thru. Ta for any help folks.
