Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

@virginmedia Yes no matter what I do with the Hub it still goes off and on all the time and plus my broadband speed is not what I'm getting too i am on 200mb but I am not getting anywhere close to that on a bad day 15mb on good day 20 to 30mb i pay £37.50 just feels like I'm being rippedoff

@virginmedia - I left you on 4 April. I am still waiting on the refund of services. I have been now told you will need to launch an investigation as to where my refund is but you can give me no idea how long that will take. Words utterly fail me.
