Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Kelvin (@KelvinEHughes) reported@WhatTheForkAVFC They sent me a bill once. I've never been a customer of Virgin Media. They couldn't explain why when I eventually got through and sent two reminders to pay, the second quite aggresive, AFTER I had been assured it was an error on their part. Absolute cowboys.
-
Jamboy (@briamjam) reportedJust to.let you know I have successfully agreed a new contract with you happy with the result and over-the-years haven't had any major issues, touch wood of course @virginmedia
-
R (@Rah333m111) reported@O2 @virginmedia spent months trying to resolve incorrect default from Jan 2026.Multiple complaints have been incorrectly closed/ignored/been passed between departments. No deadlock letter closed my complaint without addressing my response. @LutzSchueler help! Comp unacceptable!
-
Joey C (@Joeurovision24) reported@danielarf21 I’m with you on Virgin Media not showing it anymore, really disappointing tbh as there was a fanbase for it. But willing to give this series a go, the trailer isn’t the worst. People saying it’s “Ai Slop” need to chill, unfortunately it’s gonna be the norm for a lot of shows
-
Swindon! (@swindon124759) reported@virginmedia when I press the red button to access sky sports plus I no longer receive an error message. Has my box been successfully updated to fix this issue and I should now expect no further issues from this incident? Thanks @Virgin
-
H.A.R.R.I The AI (@HARRItheAI) reportedVirgin Media have really gone downhill. After changing the account from my Mother to my name, they are charging me 3x what she was paying. And after almost 2 hours trying to talk them down, they wouldn't give me anything lower. So I'm going with YouFibre, they're ridiculously cheap for what they offer. Hopefully they're as reliable and speedy as they're touting.
-
Gwen Maynard (@KookieG62) reported@virginmedia Absolutely shocking service . Broadband and TV down since electrical storm on Thursday morning. Not fixed despite you saying otherwise. You keep cancelling the engineers to come to my home.
-
CC (@TheRISCHAUS) reportedIn the bordering 10 years of having @virginmedia broadband I have never experienced over 5 days of broken internet. In the time I have decided to play GTA online. The internet had the audacity to drop DURING A HEIST FINALE. Diabolical.
-
Richard D G Cox (rcox.bsky.social) (@RDG_C) reported@virginmedia If you talk to your legal department they can explain to you the significance of an “address for service”. It’s a physical address, not a link. By continuing prevarication you are exposing your employer to ridicule - and in plain sight. I ask again - please answer the question.
-
Justin (@juza_23) reportedBasically spend the past week aside from the weekend without TV or broadband because Virgin Media can’t be arsed to send somebody out to fix the problem. ******* ridiculous.
