@virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

  • NickFitz
Nick Fitzsimons (@NickFitz) reported from Leicestershire, England

@PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

@virginmedia I’ve had to call you in the past week 150 & you had to reset the router ... I shouldn’t need to do this! It’s your responsibility to ensure I have the service I pay (a lot) for!!!

  • yogi7592
Yv (@yogi7592) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia it’s sad that you are still using covid as an excuse not to provide any technical help. Done everything your website tells me to but still have a issue with my broadband. How do I speak to someone about it. Not very happy.

  • AshArmstrong9
Ash Armstrong (@AshArmstrong9) reported from Leicestershire, England

@Aarrontongue1 @primevideosport No. Virgin Media. Not had any issues like this before. Fortunately I'll be at the Leicester v Liverpool game tonight so I won't need to put up with pixelation/buffering. Stupid time for a Boxing Day game though!

@virginmedia I’m getting so fed up with this. Every weekend. Every bank holiday. How long are you going to allow this intermittent signal to go on? I reckon it’s 4 weeks in a row now

  • AlloquiStrix
    Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported

@virginmedia and another update just received saying it will be fixed today. Honestly, make your mind up. The BB service is excellent when it works. When it doesn't you guys seem to take a trip to the local brewery and drink lemonde!

  • ruthmpayne
    Ruth Payne (@ruthmpayne) reported

@TelfordMemories @virginmedia We’ve had no WiFi whatsoever for the past 48 hours now in Birmingham B16, awful customer service from the call centre too!

  • abbyr6498
    Abby R (@abbyr6498) reported

@virginmedia never been so pissed off about something so minor. But the way your customer service team are is ridiculous. Then to try and say I will arrange the charge to be waived as if that solves the issue. Nothing should be waived for starters as I didnt get what I purchased

  • felixeemopener
    simon bennett (@felixeemopener) reported

@virginmedia I’m not at home now. If you tell me to use the app to check the service I think I’ll go mad. I’m fed up with every Saturday this happening

  • ruthmpayne
    Ruth Payne (@ruthmpayne) reported

@virginmedia the WiFi in Edgbaston / B16 has been down for 48 hours now. Tried finding out what’s happening but call centre was useless. When will this be sorted??? 48 hours is ridiculous

  • PwnProblems
    Akita (@PwnProblems) reported

Virgin Media charge different prices for the Internet packages dependent on your willingness to negotiate. M350 package prices range from £29 to £66 a month. Today they told me they don’t accept blue light discount, which they 100% do. Don’t get angry, hang up, try again.

  • BurnheadMax
GlenEagle. Better society now for disabled. (@BurnheadMax) reported

@virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.

  • gemkerr81
    gemma kerr (@gemkerr81) reported

@virginmedia Paid to watch the football and have not been able to watch half of it as internet id awful today

  • AlloquiStrix
    Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported

@virginmedia First thing this morning you said the outage in my area (22) would continue for another week, then another message saying it would be fixed today, and now a message saying it'll be a week again. Is there a playbook you guys are using to wind up its customers?
