    50 mins talking to an engineer who then couldn't connect the new box and now have to have an engineer come out to sort it @virginmedia you need to get your customer service sorted

    @virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

    @virginmedia The website says it's fine. When I called later, though, it said they were working on a problem and would text an update. That was 12 hours ago

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @Aarrontongue1 @primevideosport No. Virgin Media. Not had any issues like this before. Fortunately I'll be at the Leicester v Liverpool game tonight so I won't need to put up with pixelation/buffering. Stupid time for a Boxing Day game though!

    @virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

    @virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

    Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

    @virginmedia Seems OK now. It was Prime Video that was the problem. I think they couldn't handle all the football live streaming very well, and something had to give. Thanks 👍

    @apf102 @virginmedia Do cancel, they are the worst. It took me about 9 hours of phone calls to get them to stop charging me for a free SIM in a bundle. Then when I cancelled, I had several calls and emails from different people from Virgin.

    @virginmedia I have tried all this many times ..run tests ..off and on checked status..theres nothing left to do..the box is OK one minute then not the next...I have had it 4 years with no problems and enough is enough now..please contact me to sort this out not keep sending me links...

    @virginmedia Hi there, I've been waiting for an ethernet cable to be run from the living room to an upstairs office (back of the flat). Have been told there's no priority for anything other than 'emergency' cases ie. people with heart monitoring equipment - twice.
