@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

@virginmedia @vmbusiness why does my RTC internet connection disconnect every hour and connect 10 seconds later? It’s been happening for weeks, every hour it will go down for 10 seconds then reconnect??!?!? It’s problematic for my work!

@virginmedia I understand that but in the meantime I'm paying top whack for a sub standard service effecting BB and t.v. with no resolution date, not really good service

@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia been on live chat hold for nearly 30 minutes and it’s still saying 45 minutes wait as it did at the start. Not very good customer service since pandemic.

@virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

@virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

All sorted with a smile; and he entertained the dog for a few minutes whilst we waited for it to all reboot. Goes to show that when someone in the know tells customer support that it is a SNR issue (evidenced by the hubs logs) they should just listen; shouldn't they @virginmedia

@virginmedia We did ring them, spoke to another condescending 'customer service advisor'. He wasn't helpful. We've now today received a letter asking us to return equipment that we don't have. It feels like @virginmedia are deliberately trying to cause us stress!
