    @PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

    @virginmedia Are you planning on giving all your customers a discount for your constant broadband issues and not delivering what people are paying for? I see it was fixed earlier but it’s gone down once again in the last hour. It seems to be a daily occurrence now.

    @virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

    @virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

    @virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

    @simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

    @virginmedia An engineer came out today and got us back up running by tightening connections he said but off again now. Pre and post errors on downstream, T3 timeouts on upstream. Getting beyond a joke

    @virginmedia please sort your service out, my boyfriend and I both work for our local hospital and we both work from home. We can't afford to have our Internet cutting out on a daily basis, it is extremely disruptive to our jobs and hospital service

    @virginmedia why are your technicians lying to customers and why are your cust serv reps so rude? Got my hub 5 but apparently there was some issue with the cables at my property so arranged a technician for 4 days after i received the box.
