@om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

@PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia Yeah they told him they was investigating with yodel where the parcel went, this was however about a week and half after delivery date and inbetween that every day he was being told by your team ‘it’s definatly coming today’ the service has been a joke

@virginmedia Yeah my partner took out a contract on a iPhone 13 pro max was promised delivery on 2nd October. Phone never turned up. He had to do all the chasing phoning you guys every day. He currently doesn’t have a phone as when he took the contract out he was told to start
