Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

@Aarrontongue1 @primevideosport No. Virgin Media. Not had any issues like this before. Fortunately I'll be at the Leicester v Liverpool game tonight so I won't need to put up with pixelation/buffering. Stupid time for a Boxing Day game though!

@virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

@virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

50 mins talking to an engineer who then couldn't connect the new box and now have to have an engineer come out to sort it @virginmedia you need to get your customer service sorted

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia When I did it early it said something like ‘the fault is local to you then listed the box on the wall etc. so I suspect we might need an engineer. Last time this happened someone messed up the connection in the ‘green box’ down the road 🥺

@virginmedia Apparently there is a 'complex issue' which your engineers are working on - this is incredibly vague. Where is the estimated timescale to fix the problem? You are costing people like me money as we endeavour to work from home. It's just not good enough.
