It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!
