    Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

    @virginmedia I rang through and the staff member spent 10 mins waffling and speaking so slow I wanted to break my phone. Only to tell me she doesn’t know what the problem is or when it will be fixed.

    @virginmedia Yes. It's constant. Daily disconnecting. Even now it's gone off again! It's so frustrating.. I never knew a service could be this bad. If future customers are reading this and thinking about joining Virgin for broadband then I highly recommend they don't.

    Hey @virginmedia We are moving home and taking our current fiber package with us. Is it possible to keep the signal activate at the current address and on the new one for some short time e.g 1-2 weeks? Or does switching one address disables the other immediately? Thanks
