@virginmedia When they first did next door's installation, which knocked out my Internet entirely. Guy from tech team said engineer shouldn't have hooked into our signal, that it would be a temporary measure, and he'd send an email to his supervisor about it. No-one's been back though

Just had the worst customer service call with @VirginMedia. Eventually had to pull a Karen and ask for the manager. Dude said no, and eventually (after forty minutes of talking down to me) cut me off.
