@virginmedia Absoutley disgusting customer service today, was sent round the same bot telling me to do the same things for half an hour before getting to a chat where the helper decided to take their lunch break in the middle of it and expected me to wait!!

@virginmedia it was just before 8pm and on SkyMax, one of the new Sky channels. The show (An Idiot Abroad) is rated 15 and as its before 9pm, I was prompted to enter the PIN. Normally on most TV channels, 15 rated shows wouldn't be aired until watershed (9pm) I believe(?).
