@virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia I had an additional tv v6 box reactivated last Friday and it’s still showing the (7400) error, I have called in 4 times (each one being in a queue for an hour) and then when I got through they put me on hold and disconnect me! Can anyone from Virgin edit help?

@virginmedia once again your internet service is terrible. The internet has cut out and least 5 times in the last 24 hrs including when being on work calls. This is unacceptable when working from home and you should be used to this increased demand 9 months into the pandemic!

@virginmedia No. I've been "accidentally" disconnected since the 3rd. Virgin media were supposed to reconnect me within 48 hours. I'm on the 6th day without internet. Absolutely appalled at the service. Spent hours on hold and wasting time away from working. Completely fed up.

@virginmedia Nothing else will change. Then my mothers box stopped working, she is 88, there’s a pandemic she is cannot watch her Favorite TV channels. Last night the lady on the phone said she had to take away the fast broad band and put back the slow one......
