Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

I used to really like @virginmedia but their internet seems to have got worse and worse recently. The internet is down as much as it's up, the wifi signal is non existent, amazing stuff for £99. No doubt I'll have to sit on hold for 2 hours again spending more money
