@virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

@virginmedia I understand but surely you must have some sort of system? Purposely making it impossible to cancel is ridiculous

@virginmedia why does my wifi keep cutting out every 15 mins for about 2 mins then come back? Not great when I work from home and my meetings cut out midway through…

@virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

@virginmedia Is it possible to speak to someone over the phone as at the moment I'm not confident with the move being a smooth one. I'm promised call backs which never happen etc

@virginmedia why advertise your call centre being open til 8PM if you're hanging up on me at 19:10? Having issues with my TV and your online tools aren't doing anything.

@sueperkins @virginmedia Glad you are publicizing their appalling customer comms whilst @virginmedia shamelessly provide a lousy service and increasing monthly subs by stealth

@PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

@virginmedia Are you planning on giving all your customers a discount for your constant broadband issues and not delivering what people are paying for? I see it was fixed earlier but it’s gone down once again in the last hour. It seems to be a daily occurrence now.

@virginmedia I'm not sure why, but our Internet and TV aren't currently working! No email to say work is being done. Online even says there's no issue which there clearly is. Area is LE2

@simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

@virginmedia I never made a call! It just happened! But yes, they've been connected for a while. I think I've sorted it with one of your colleagues, after a 3 (THREE) hour web chat, but I still don't know if the upgrade was supposed to have happened, supposed to have been free, or much else.

@O2 I have Virgin Media broadband only. I do not have their TV service. I received an invitation to download your Priority app, and use my VM credentials to log in. Will I be able to use this app to not only enable me to use O2 Priority to purchase tickets, but also Priority entry?

1/2 Imagine complaining repeatedly to @virginmedia, to be promised call back after call back, for a refund for money they took without consent after we cancelled our contract on day 1 (within the 14 day cooling off period, as per the contract, & due to their shocking service!)

So frustrated with @virginmedia, ongoing internet and tv problems for the last couple of years. You call up, they say they will fix it, no difference. They convince you to upgrade package to fix the problems, no difference, then try to charge £240 to cancel said package 🤯
-

@virginmedia It will cause extreme inconvenience. I'm supposed to be presenting in a conference that day. Less than a week's notice of no internet service for a full day is outrageous. How can you think your response represents customer 'service'?
