    @virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

    @virginmedia Yes it does nothing, we got a letter saying it would be fixed by the 15th, but still 70% of the Internet is down, honestly getting close to cancelling and going elsewhere for Internet as virgin is just automated responses

    Do not ever use @virginmedia chasing money I do not owe them and still charging me for a service I cancelled last year impossible to talk to anyone so they think I agree and carry on charging me I could do without this unwanted stress during a pandemic tbh
