Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

@virginmedia what is happening with your service in Wn25xu? Been off since last night, total disgrace in this area, might have to give my custom elsewhere, shame really after 20yrs as a customer

Appalling customer service from sales @virginmedia this morning. I only wanted info as flat moving to has NTL box on wall. Queried hardware. When I would give my name to action a sale as I’m not ready yet she disconnect call. Still don’t have answers. Why should I bother?

@virginmedia I'm confused. Upload speed has dropped to around 1Mbps (usually around 35-40Mbps). Service page says no issues in the area (20). Run test says there *is* an issue being investigated and to check the status page (which says no issues...). Stuck in an error check loop!

@virginmedia That is precisely why I contacted VM in the first place. Feel free to DM me for a phone number to ring me on if you can help, but the idea of spending another hour on the phone to be given the chance to pay £135 doesn’t appeal to me.

@virginmedia You left me without internet for 2 weeks when I started the contract and are now giving me different answers to why the internet is, now, not working. When I called 150 today I literally heard the guy getting out of bed. I dread speaking to your customer service team.
