Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

@_Ema_W_ Yep. Last used them back in 2004 and to be honest they were rubbish then too. Unfortunately (for them) Three, and EE have much better signal down this way. I only switched to them because the sim came with our Virgin Media package
