  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia Hi, done all that, effects wifi, have ordered wifi pods but out of stock. Not sure why speed so slow, I'm supposed to be getting a boost according to your helpline colleague last week

  • Dog_in_a_hat Wayne™ (@Dog_in_a_hat) reported from Leicestershire, England

@grayomtb @plusnethelp These broadband providers should be made to repay people for such poor service... I have constant issues with @virginmedia ...

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

  • Dog_in_a_hat Wayne™ (@Dog_in_a_hat) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

  • Wee_Linz_ 👸🏻 Queen Wee Linz 👸🏻 (@Wee_Linz_) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia As you know we are having horrendous problems with our Virgin services and I believe that @Bobby_Dazzler68 is still awaiting a call from your tech team. 1/2

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia I understand that takes 28 days which will be 3 months with sub standard service, not exactly a quick resolution

  • sarianlives Andi James Chamberlain (@sarianlives) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia can I have a telephone number to talk too someone@please, as I am having internet problems and now your website will not allow me to report it. His is frustrating service to say the least.

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia Basically on 500mb package but getting below half of that speed. Tv service poor as on demand constantly drops out, ave twice during a film.

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia I understand that but in the meantime I'm paying top whack for a sub standard service effecting BB and t.v. with no resolution date, not really good service

  • ChrisLonelyguy Christopher Hallick (@ChrisLonelyguy) reported from Leicestershire, England

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

  • Dog_in_a_hat Wayne™ (@Dog_in_a_hat) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia Why would I run a wired speed test when I have no wired appliances? I pay for a wifi service...

  • yogi7592 Yv (@yogi7592) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia been on live chat hold for nearly 30 minutes and it’s still saying 45 minutes wait as it did at the start. Not very good customer service since pandemic.

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • paultwyman Paul Twyman (@paultwyman) reported

@virginmedia Sorry I thought you said there was an outage on your network? How would that help? I am just wondering if daily outages are now something that @virginmedia customers should expect? It has been like this for last few months, do you expect that to change?

  • vmbusinesshelp Customer Service (@vmbusinesshelp) reported

@StuartAParker @vmbusiness Hello, thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear this. Please can you give the customer care team a call to discuss this. They can be reached on this number: 0800 052 0800

  • ghostchant666 Neil Stimpson 🇬🇧🇨🇦 (@ghostchant666) reported

@virginmedia Internet has been down in Plymouth for over an hour now - have been through all the hardware checks and it seems to be your service. Working from home and this is not good! Can you advise when it will be back up, please?!

  • ohertstestacc Olivia (@ohertstestacc) reported

@virginmedia I tried to transfer my internet package as I have to relocate for work, only to be told I have to pay £240 as Virgin doesn’t cover my new address! I didn’t want to end the contract, so why should I pay such a ridiculous amount for you forcing me to cancel??

  • yilmazrach Rachel (@yilmazrach) reported

@virginmedia Yes. The wifi is awful. Customer service none existent to report faults.

  • rayc18 Ray (@rayc18) reported

@virginmedia No, because the link you sent me says you have no more available and have stopped taking registrations for them, so waiting weeks for a pointless engineer visit has just made things even worse - utterly pathetic customer service - to say I’m furious is a massive understatement

  • Tonto7898 Thomas McCann (@Tonto7898) reported

@virginmedia have to phone the general enquiries helpline, get transferred between multiple people when it's a simple cancellation of a contract - apparently need to speak with a manager to do so and then they cut you off after 35mins. A quality service #virginmedia #JokeoftheDay

  • paultwyman Paul Twyman (@paultwyman) reported

@virginmedia @virginmedia Is it normal to have so many constant outages though? There was a major outage or repair yesterday and today we have same problems or even worse. It’s becoming impossible to work with a network this unreliable, are you suggesting that we should just get used to it?

  • Waltzdt Tom Walters (@Waltzdt) reported

@virginmedia My internet just conked out. In the London SE5 area. Is there an outage or an issue?

  • nickholding01 Nick68 (@nickholding01) reported

@virginmedia Yes. Bill should have been amended but wasn't. Too late to do anything now so have to do without essentials. 7 calls to get the credit added then its still messed up. Going to have to leave. Incompetence like I've never seen before
