    @virginmedia Hi, had issues with v low WiFi speeds for 8 weeks also effecting t.v. services. Have reported constantly, awaiting WiFi pod and call from tech team, neither of which have happened, formal complaint submitted

    @virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

    @virginmedia what the **** is going on in Corby !Your system keeps failing!! Are you going to give us a refund for every day a so called cable uninterrupted system fails ?? Sky is looking much better after the 20th time in 2 years that Virgin has failed !! Not worth recommending

    @virginmedia Yes, need a pod, also have t.v and home phone, TV service has lots of you tube, Netflix, sky movie drop outs

    What **** is blocking my internet @virginmedia , it’s in a open space, switched it off and on, stood on one leg, got full bars but still won’t let me watch a basic YouTube video on my phone

    @virginmedia I'm not sure why, but our Internet and TV aren't currently working! No email to say work is being done. Online even says there's no issue which there clearly is. Area is LE2

    @virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

    @virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

    @virginmedia shocking service tried to raise a complaint took 1 hour over webchat person dealing with it still couldn't grasp it left chat after an hour you don't even have a complaints email utterly pathetic company Ombudsman it is gone on too long

    Lost my blue tick due to a banking error. I absolutely ******* hate virgin bank. Never had these issues when it was Yorkshire bank. Had virgin media payment bounce back for 3 months, octopus energy almost 2 month. Money went out then came back again. I didn't realise at the time.

    @virginmedia Ive now been told that to get my ticket number, they will need to raise a new ticket further delaying the original problem resolution date. That cannot be true and doesn’t work like that in other organisations who use tickets and escalation points through a CRM system

    Had 3 @virginmedia engineers round in the last 7 days (for the most part good people no blame) but my broadband is still broken. The Mythical network team will get to me when they get to me … I’ll be off then to a new provider who gives a ****.

    @virginmedia My complaint has been ongoing and so far you have failed to address it. I have your handler my complaint ref no and he promised I would receive a call back from a manager at 3:00pm. As usual your managers fail to ring back.
