    @virginmedia I'm not sure why, but our Internet and TV aren't currently working! No email to say work is being done. Online even says there's no issue which there clearly is. Area is LE2

    @virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

    Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

    @virginmedia Hi, had issues with v low WiFi speeds for 8 weeks also effecting t.v. services. Have reported constantly, awaiting WiFi pod and call from tech team, neither of which have happened, formal complaint submitted

    @om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

    @PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

    @virginmedia The problem is the constant disconnection, not the speed. Almost every single day of the week Virgin will go down. Now you want a £240 early disconnection fee. Im not going to give up on this. Even if it means contacting you via every social media platform. This is a joke.

    @virginmedia @petetong @Carl_Cox Horrifically awful service, need to be contacted, been on the phone for 1 hour, put through various people - JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. NOT PAYING £240 WHEN YOU CANT PROVIDE AN ACTUAL RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION. IM NOT GOIG AWAY.

    @virginmedia why do you think it’s acceptable in an age where we are all working from home, to decide to in your words make updates to the network from 9am - 3pm. Why couldnt the upgrade be done at night to lessen the disruption
