@pescott_gemma @virginmedia Ok Sorry have you been and looked at the nearest exchange box to your addressand checked as if its damaged they wont know till someone tells them if that looks Ok im guessing they will need resend signal down the line

@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

@virginmedia I tried calling only to be told my password was incorrect by the operator (it wasnt) and then the call cut out for no reason. Tried messaging over chat and was told construction work is required. Just don't really think its good enough 24 hours before install.
