@virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

  • Bobby_Dazzler68

  • Pogit
Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Chadwell, England

@virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

  • juanfelipe1
John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England

@simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

  • SteveRiches4

Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

  • ChrisLonelyguy

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

What compensation am I entitled to as every other day there is an outage in my area. I require constant connection to WiFi and this just isn't providing that service. It's too inconsistent and I'm looking to end my contract because of tgue @virginmedia

  • MrMarkW67
    Mark 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@MrMarkW67) reported

@virginmedia I’m really struggling with my Wi-Fi coverage at home. I have a security camera mounted right above my window, but it constantly drops connection due to weak signal. To make matters worse, I get virtually no Wi-Fi signal at all when I am sitting in my back garden, which is really frustrating. Given how close these areas are to the house, I shouldn't be losing connection like this. Could someone please check my Hub settings/signal or advise on getting Wi-Fi Pods to fix these dead zones? Thanks,

Hey @VirginMedia, does an incomprehensible email and one desultory telephone call when I wasn't at home and therefore not in a position to answer the 'security' questions constitute your only effort to resolve my complaint reference C-1907261424?

  • saucinsauce
