@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia No. It crashes every day of every month. Your engineer advised there is a small local fault but 'Virgin will probably not seem it big enough to fix'. No phones are answered. The online help does not fix issues. Shocking service

Why is it the advisors at companies think it is acceptable to cut you off when they can not solve your issue. At least be discreet about it, instead you can hear the pick up the handset and slam it down? Not acceptable! @virginmedia
