    @virginmedia what the **** is going on in Corby !Your system keeps failing!! Are you going to give us a refund for every day a so called cable uninterrupted system fails ?? Sky is looking much better after the 20th time in 2 years that Virgin has failed !! Not worth recommending

    @virginmedia Hi, as a family, all 4 of us are having problems with the mobile network. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

    @pescott_gemma @virginmedia Ok Sorry have you been and looked at the nearest exchange box to your addressand checked as if its damaged they wont know till someone tells them if that looks Ok im guessing they will need resend signal down the line

    @virginmedia it’s sad that you are still using covid as an excuse not to provide any technical help. Done everything your website tells me to but still have a issue with my broadband. How do I speak to someone about it. Not very happy.

    @virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

    @virginmedia Absolutely nothing was resolved. An email was sent to some tech guys saying I was damaging the brand by tweeting about it. If you're worried about brand damage, wouldn't it be better to fix my broadband after 58 days of no service?

    @virginmedia Instead of me having to make a complaint why can’t Virgin just call me to tell me what’s going on with the installation and just get on with it? Why does the onus get put onto me to make a complaint, just do what you said you would do and keep the customer informed!

    @virginmedia The emails are shockingly unclear. We got the first notice yesterday saying it’s 18th - so 3day notice! Then another one saying reminder it’s tomorrow! So now rearranging plans to travel to work (a fair distance) & childcare nursery drops. Absolutely poor comms. Thanks4checking.

    @virginmedia . @virginmedia you exceed in the awful service department! Following a 2 visit install, (19th July, 5th August) & sending a second technician that wasn’t needed…my broadband and phone line stops working after a month of use. You tell me my account was never activated! (1/2)

    @virginmedia Well we moved in on the 12th, but it appears to have been going on longer. Since I plugged in the router I have had no service what’s so ever, constantly flashes green. My partner and i work from home so we are having to tether and using dongles. Which all adds up.

    @virginmedia I’ve called your international call centres with poor quality phone lines but after 45 minutes I simply hang up on as you are trying to charge me for another install! I have resorted to calling your “car salesman” style rep. who knocked on my door in the first place to sort it 👎🏼
