@virginmedia I didn't submit a complaint until nearly a month after the problem started because I was strung along with promises that it was about to be/had been fixed. Now it still hasn't, and you've billed me for a service I haven't received, yet I'm meant to wait another 20 days?

@virginmedia Still unable to speak to someone, only option pay in full, despite extra service charges being added. Never missed a payment in 3 years, just moved house, took you 3 attempts to do that, now I have no service but you want extra money for your mistake and mishandling. Cancel now!
