@virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

@om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia customer service is shocking. After spending 40 mins explaining a problem with a phone repair was put through to the repair team who after spending 10 mins on hold to answered the phone and put it down on me. So as I sit on hold again here a full thread of my phone.

.@virginmedia Over 2 weeks ago I tried to order Sky Sports to watch my team [4 days later]. Jet and Bethany FAIL. I made a formal complaint. 'social media manager'- Katie-emailed; tried to sort a deal to fix things on the Friday-SHE DISAPPEARED!15 days later, still no RESOLUTION
