    @pescott_gemma @virginmedia Ok Sorry have you been and looked at the nearest exchange box to your addressand checked as if its damaged they wont know till someone tells them if that looks Ok im guessing they will need resend signal down the line

    @virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

    @virginmedia Carers need and serve the country's support. Just hope none of them has to rely on Virgin Media's appalling broadband 'service' - they deserve better. Virgin Media's cynical virtue-signalling is not an alternative to providing a decent service to its long-suffering customers.

    @virginmedia Technical issue wise I’ve got 5 channels that are pixilated/ broke up unwatchable - rebooted over and over, left the box off for a bit, changed cables but no fix.

    @virginmedia I cannot connect to that link you sent. The MacBook that keeps dropping out we have to connect via ethernet which is not overly convenient for work - we get internet dropout when it isn’t. Sky go is poor streaming and skipping.
