  @virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

  @simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

  @virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

  @QxPain_ @virginmedia You said router with ethernet under the pc, is the pc connected with eithernet or WiFi as if both this will cause a loop back if on the same network and hence why WiFi is not working. For best rest result connect the pc via ethernet & phone to WiFi

  Telefónica and Liberty Global are looking at ways to bring down the £22bn debt pile at Virgin Media O2, their UK joint venture, after a sharp sell-off in the company's bonds.
