The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
