  @Benleo Virgin Media are honestly useless. Hours and hours wasted on the phone over the years, nothing ever fixed. Staff seem completely incompetent. At one point I was so stressed I thought I was having a heart attack. Shocking service.

  @virginmedia the irony. The repair date for the TV and intermittent internet problems has been moved, after 2 days of the same problem. Try to send Virginmedia a DM "There is a problem connecting with the server".. That's because of an intermittent internet problem that I have.

  @Benleo @virginmedia I'm surprised that an investigative journalist even accepted these conditions in the 1st place. VM has an awful reputation for this kind of behaviour which is widely known. Sorry this happened to you but it was to be expected
