@virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)
-
Michael Truefitt (@michaeltruefitt) reported from Chadwell, England
@virginmedia Are you planning on giving all your customers a discount for your constant broadband issues and not delivering what people are paying for? I see it was fixed earlier but it’s gone down once again in the last hour. It seems to be a daily occurrence now.

Dean Blavins (@DjDno) reported from Chadwell, England

Darren Carson (@DazCarson68) reported from Corby, England
@virginmedia Hard to cancel when SMS, text and phone never answered
-
Darren Carson (@DazCarson68) reported from Corby, England
@virginmedia I understand but surely you must have some sort of system? Purposely making it impossible to cancel is ridiculous
-
Darren Carson (@DazCarson68) reported from Corby, England
@virginmedia @Muggleflump Same here, impossible to cancel which is more than likely done on purpose, terrible company ethics
-
Denham Kite (@DenhamKite) reported from Leicestershire, England
@virginmedia - what number do I call to talk to a real person to sort this rubbish before I cancel?
-
Gary Cross (@garycross) reported from Corby, England
@virginmedia Spoken with two different agents and got teo different answers. One said there was a known fault and the other said the opposite. Second agent claimed he booked me a virtual help call hut nobody called. I've ended up having to book my own engineer visit. Nobody has been helpful.

John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England
@simonnread @virginmedia I'm looking at the new Sky Stream service that starts on 18th October combined with Three 5G broadband. Both offer rolling 1 month contracts
-
John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England
@simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened
-
Manraj (@Manraj_Virkk) reported from Leicestershire, England
@virginmedia why does my wifi keep cutting out every 15 mins for about 2 mins then come back? Not great when I work from home and my meetings cut out midway through…
-
John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England
@virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

Meghraj (@im_raj16) reported from Leicestershire, England
@virginmedia Can you please send someone to fix the issue ? Please

@virginmedia seriously, 7 days since BB transfer, complete outage since 1pm today! Utter rubbish - 8 hours. I work from home and also no TV. The latter i can tolerate, the former has been a disaster. 3 years with @TalkTalk not one hour off line.

@dshensmith I moved from VMBusiness to Zen and never looked back. Virgin Media are a f*cking shambles to be honest.
-
Neil Roberts (@Ndr2304Neil) reported
@virginmedia Your service is extremely poor. My mum passed away in February and I called up your customer services to cancel her Virgin Media account. The man on the phone told me I couldn't cancel it but I could transfer the account into my name, wait 30 days and then cancel it.
-
Martin Paul (@martinianpaul) reported
@virginmedia can you please explain why it is so very difficult now to log in to my @O2 account? And why my request for a password reset never works?
-
Natalie Braithwaite (@natalieb2689) reported
@virginmedia @O2 We’ve been without broadband completely since Friday lunchtime. Fix time keeps getting delayed. All phones on o2 and all down to 3G, occasionally 4G so cannot use my hotspot in order to work. This is ridiculous considering how much money I pay out on airtime!
-
Natalie Braithwaite (@natalieb2689) reported
@virginmedia @O2 been without broadband since Friday lunchtime - now down to 3G on o2 so can’t even use my hotspot. Any guidance?
-
Rehana (@rly1989) reported
@virginmedia Hi, my disconnection date from Virgin Media is today, I had Netflix in my package. Will Netflix automatically end today/tomorrow? Or do I need to cancel this separately with Netflix?
-
Susan Harrison (@SusanHa85471577) reported
@virginmedia That link didn't work. The issue was a virgin media issue yesterday
-
Ben Briscoe (@BenWBriscoe) reported
Brand new @virginmedia customer. Generally impressed. But why is watching Disney +, Netflix etc through Virgin TV so clunky?! Really slow, takes forever to navigate and no ability to navigate these apps with voice… Have I actually downgraded..?!
-
Matt (@rejectedtheoffa) reported
@LeemingDarren @virginmedia Virgin Media customer services are absolutely awful. And I say that as a current customer. Keep all messages and open a complaint with them. Be prepared for them to say they'll sort it and close your complaint, numerous times. I've never dealt with a bigger bunch of liars
