Luke Robert Mason (@LukeRobertMason) reported@virginmedia Where do we start? 1) Your 'Contact Us' ChatBot is utterly unusable. It forces you to move to scan a QR code to move to the app - where you continue to have exactly the same conversation with the same bot in the same web-bases system. 2) It is impossible to ask simple questions: Like 'Cancel Extras'. 3) Everything on the website is about upselling a service over providing customers useful information about their currently plan.
