@virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

@virginmedia Finally yes...only took days to be able to do. Doesn’t fix my internet, pay for my lost work or compensate for the many hours lost, the inability to watch the Champions League Final and Indy 500.

@virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

@virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

@virginmedia this is the worst service outage in 4 years so far. I work from home and now am forced to waste holiday because the internet has been down for almost 24 hours. Fix time keeps being pushed back. Credit on my account won’t give me back wasted annual leave.

@virginmedia No. When I left the property in 2015 it would have been transferred to the name of a remaining tenant. I’m now on my 7th property since, and have never used or heard from Virgin Media since, so I’d say it’s pretty unlikely that equipment will be tracked down!

@sydnkr @virginmedia Thanks for your kind suggestions. We also get this, perhaps slightly more frequently than that. Personally I find that unacceptable. I suppose the solution is to just swallow the cost of a second connection. I am doing email from my phone and what I can without a wired connection
