    Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

    @virginmedia My internet goes from full signal to disappeared entirely every 5-10 minutes. I called before and you told me to move my hub, which is nonsense as it was never a problem for the first 6 months of connection.
