@sarapascoe @VirginActiveUK @virginmedia did a similar thing to me. Never used their services yet tried to charge me hundreds then threatened me with court. Took an age to sort out. I will never, ever use a Virgin product again. Worst customer service ever.

@JimSellek78 @virginmedia I have to keep them though because of their broadband. I’ve tried other companies and they buffer. That’s the problem. I have cancelled the tv though cuz it’s ridiculous when there’s all the catch up apps for normal tv and Netflix now tv Amazon prime etc

@virginmedia 3 nights on the run my internet has gone off after midnight, and you being a cheeky bastard ask me to check my wires haven’t come lose , seems everyone must have Dodgy wiring, nothing to do with your poor service plus your asking for more money 😡

@virginmedia back in 2020 I upgraded to 1gb so needed a new router. Got new router and I sent old router back. Got a email a month later asking where it is which I overlooked at the time. I've had to cancel my contract as I'm moving house but new house not ready so i had to cancel

@virginmedia Managed to speak to a U.K. based assistant who was sympathetic to the issues and is sending an engineer out on Friday morning. Took several hours to get to this point. After months of stress. Website help pages useless imho. Help desk have same mindless set to follow.
