    @cyclingbetting @virginmedia Had a similar issue before Christmas. One of their engineers came out, changed router cable and some settings on router. Works champion now

    @virginmedia you really need more staff. I cannot get through to your retention team. I have wasted hours over different days. God awful waiting times. No updates whatsoever.

    .@virginmedia your customer service is atrocious. tried contacting for the past 5 days, on hold for up to an hour and then cut off every time. online chat closed with no resolution after waiting over an hour. how can i give 30 days notice to leave if you don’t let me contact you?

    @virginmedia A mix of WiFi and Wired ethernet (cutting out on both). No service being carried out and I've reset the hub several times (through the router IP and manually through the reset switch). I've also switched out cables and tried using an attenuator in the back of the router.

    @virginmedia I want to know why my complaint has not been dealt with, I was promised a call back last week, I want to know why I get cut off after an hour in a call queue, I want to know why I am waiting 45 mins to be connected to an agent on web chat. Looking forward to you helping me

    @virginmedia I already had an ongoing complaint but it got closed down 10 mins after I explicitly said not to. An advisor on whatsapp confirmed your mistake and reopened it last week & said they'll send an email with the details. No email followed. Happy to DM you with all these details

    @virginmedia absolutely disgusted with your level of service. We rang to disconnect on Wednesday 22/06, to be told we would get an email to confirm this, we got an email alright. Nothing about disconnection but that of a change of package. We have not agreed to this.

    @virginmedia No point, we've been over this a million times! I'm free for a visit from an engineer on Mon or Tues-that is the absolute least I expect. I'll webchat to to discuss the compensation process when the cable issue & WiFi have been resolved & we have internet again #virginmediafail

    @virginmedia I never got through to the "leaving" team. 1 hr queueing then the call was cut. 2nd time rang the "upgrade" team and they answered in 5mins. Bad reception in Mauritius and poor internet meant 30 mins to hear of poor deals. They directed to "retentions". 1h total no result.

    @TUIUK might have the worst customer service I've ever experienced outside of @virginmedia. Damn near impossible to even speak to someone once they have your money.
