    @cyclingbetting @virginmedia Had a similar issue before Christmas. One of their engineers came out, changed router cable and some settings on router. Works champion now

    @virginmedia you really need more staff. I cannot get through to your retention team. I have wasted hours over different days. God awful waiting times. No updates whatsoever.

    @virginmedia this is starting to become a joke at this stage. I don’t know how your internet manages to get so much worse every week. Speeds dropping and the laggiest, slow speeds for gaming? This is an ongoing problem and not one person has came to look at it.

    @O2 I logged in to my account to take a look at what Volt benefits I could get only for me to be told that Virgin Media isn't available at my address. Except we've had Virgin Media for over 4 years. Help?
