    @virginmedia you really need more staff. I cannot get through to your retention team. I have wasted hours over different days. God awful waiting times. No updates whatsoever.

    @virginmedia I switched it off at the mains at 13:00. Still not working. Also received a vishing message from a fake VM account about these messages.

    @cyclingbetting @virginmedia Had a similar issue before Christmas. One of their engineers came out, changed router cable and some settings on router. Works champion now

    @virginmedia January, problem wasn't resolved because they gave me the booster plug but the hub remains the same one. And as I said in a previous post its just not worth wasting a day or two of my life trying to communicate with Virgin. I'd rather wait and cancel. But thanks for replying 👍

    @virginmedia This is now the 7th email we have received postponing the date our internet will be fixed. I demand a refund for the absolute joke that your service has been. And I obviously will be changing service and companies immediately.

    @virginmedia Ok let me learn you a bit of technology.If you can’t get data that generally means you have no signal along with being unable to get online you also can not make calls without signal 👍 I check in between having internet and it dropping. Now can you tell me why it keeps dropping?

    @VirginMediaCorp Virgin media are penalising somebody who has to leave their broadband contract early because they have no money. Virgin media says that will be more than £250 please. They treat loyal customers like scum

    @virginmedia having had so many problems with trying to negiotiate a deal with VM I was offered a deal for all the grief they had caused me and decided to take it, now they have gone back on that contract which was emailed to me, they have withdrawn it.

    @virginmedia 2 different shows. Both had been recorded. Sat down in 2 different rooms and 1 was watching a show. Then in the other room tried to watch a different recording. Firstly it was buffering terribly & then got an error message
