    @virginmedia you really need more staff. I cannot get through to your retention team. I have wasted hours over different days. God awful waiting times. No updates whatsoever.

    @virginmedia I look forward to receiving your offer regarding the complaints that I already made and have still not received a response. I suppose you could consider this a further complaint that your complaints process is inadequate.

    @cyclingbetting @virginmedia Had a similar issue before Christmas. One of their engineers came out, changed router cable and some settings on router. Works champion now

    @virginmedia I switched it off at the mains at 13:00. Still not working. Also received a vishing message from a fake VM account about these messages.

    Genuinely, if there's a more incompetent company in the UK than @virginmedia, I'd be amazed. How a company can treat customers so abysmally and continue to operate is beyond me. No wonder they lock us into two-year contracts. 🤬 @MartinSLewis - I hope you've got a file open on Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia Trying to phone about changing my contract but going round in circles on your robotic so called 'help' line. When it gives the option I want,I say 'YES' amazingly the robot says, Sorry I didn't get that! Is that because I want to remove some services?
