@virginmedia It keeps pixilating, over several different channels. HDMI cable was replaced on the last engineer visit, and he retuned something to fix it but it has started to happen again, over various channels.

@virginmedia An area fault I think. But she keeps being told its fixed and the landline still isnt working. 3 technicians have turned up and said it will be working and it isnt. If she has a fall she cannot use her Careline service

@virginmedia is it just coincidence that since you started charging more the service has gotten worse. Been using your website and gone through the call centre twice now and we have intermittent connectivity at best for last few weeks.

@virginmedia Hi, I've called the automated service line and it didn't mention any area issues. The virgin media page ran a test on my hub, recommended I turn it off and check the cable connections, and then when it wasn't resolved, book an appointment with an engineer. Which I have.

@virginmedia No, I’ve raised a complaint. The team as you call them just love to constantly lie about the the date or cut the call off. The service I’ve received from Virgin has been a complete joke. How can it take over 3 months for installation

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. Of course, but to not even have an update after over an hour of waiting is rather poor. Tried again this morning, another hour of waiting to get connected, only for it to freeze as soon as it does! So frustrating!!!

@virginmedia Why do others get a link to a chat to discuss and resolve? No new complaint was opened until was confirmed the other was ‘missing’. The new complaint got closed immediately.

@virginmedia That was the price after talking to them, even broadband alone couldn’t match price of a bundle of a new customer. Such a bad practice now leaving me with a bad experience of Virgin after all these years. Crazy thing is I can come back in 60 days as a new customer 🤯

@virginmedia It covers 8th March-6th April. Also, really confusing things happens. The direct debit payment for £69 was declined by my bank, barclays. Now I don’t have boardband connection because of payment issue. Additionally, I received an email from your resolvement team…

I’ve hated every moment being on @virginmedia for the past month or two. I called the cancellation team and she claimed she had issues with her system so will call back in 30 min. As she went to hang up she changed that to an hour. I’m now over an hour and no call. Let me go!
