    @virginmedia website says there are no issues and people around us don't have any issues so we have no idea what's going on ourselves so please at least tell us what the issue is and try to resolve it in a timely manner

    @virginmedia 2/2 I will not send again. Is this how you treat dementia account holders. It's unacceptable. Now being penalised for paper billing. I've authority over my fathers acc.

    @virginmedia my father has severe dementia & I've spent 50 mins on phone with advisor + manager. Sent POA so I could control acc on Dec 2019 after a prev complaint. Rec'd written confirming this. No-one would change email add 4 me to check bills. Manager asked me 2 send POA again

    @virginmedia He said he was "sending a signal" but nothing changed. Then suggested a technician visit on Tuesday, but I got the self install specifically so I wouldn't have to wait for a technician. Plus I work from home on Mondays so I need it resolving before then. /1

    @virginmedia The engineer arrived but can’t connect to the fibre cables. Technicians are needed to fix this. Installation needed today.
