    @cyclingbetting @virginmedia Had a similar issue before Christmas. One of their engineers came out, changed router cable and some settings on router. Works champion now

    @virginmedia This was channel 4 HD. Since I switched the box on/off it's cleared. As mentioned it did the same a few weeks ago with exactly the same fix, on and off again. It does it on all channels and did report it then too in a tweet.

    @virginmedia I've been offered credits, resolutions, emails, callbacks, none of which have come to pass, complaints I register on the online portal disappear, you text me asking to call, no one can help with the complaints, refusal to pass through to a manager, all in all, nothing resolved.

    @virginmedia They advised me to email them as the numbers unavailable I can't understand what the email is over the phone asked them to email me the address and got an email saying thanks for the complaint

    @virginmedia The frustration of trying to communicate with support staff (in Mauritius) who clearly cannot interpret English! Rather than this appalling service for your customers why not have support staff who are able to interpret English. Dreadful customer service AGAIN! 👎
