@virginmedia Yeah twice on the old hub, maybe 4 times on the replacement hub. Im convinced there's something up with the line around my area or perhaps near my house, but this info goes through so many people and I tell so many different virgin people the same and it never gets resolved.

(3/....) @virginmedia manager calls me a week ago, from their "Resolve" team to discuss my complaint which includes why a manager didn't follow @virginmedia guidelines and call me back. The manager then hangs up on me.... I find out that he was then supposed to call me back...Tbc

@DarkKnightFTM @virginmedia Their wifi is awful. My 125mbps package cant get above 30 downstairs in a standard size house, barely get anything in the kitchen. Offer no help other than buying boosters. Will ditch them at end of contract. Absolute disgrace of a company. Promise speeds router cant deliver

(6/....) @virginmedia they can't do it due to a locked gate. They said they would come back within an hour if i could get the gate open, (which I did) they would be able to do the pull through. Guess what.... They never came back. Ring @virginmedia again to be told they.... Tbc

@virginmedia Must have the same tech guys as customer service then as this is delaying many things important too yet will Virgin compensate people..probably not or maybe the offer of 72p like most do for loss of service offer!

@virginmedia I should not have to call you — your status page should say what the problem is as it happens. I can do a simple search on Twitter for your @ and see people messaging you about issues they are having. The problem is not me, it’s YOU.

And the saga with @virginmedia contuine. 1 They screw my move installation up by trying to install at wrong address. Installation gets cancelled and they close my account 2 Manager suppose to call me back to deal with the issues in 24hrs. It takes 7 days to get a call back.(1/..)

@virginmedia Bullshit. Your trying to sell me something that I previously didn't need at all. I'd suggest @virginmedia are trying to fleece customers by narrowing bandwidth or signal and conning them to buy these boosters... Utterly disgraceful.,,
