    @virginmedia Said it was finished at 3pm yesterday, but receiced a text 10 mins ago to say now conpleted today. Your own internal communications have a major breakdown. Your customer service de0t should have know that fact last night! Disgraceful service!

    @virginmedia Complaint raised 18/2. I was promised a call back on 25/02. There was a number put on the complaint that I told the agent not to put but my complaint status isnt showing as having been called (thankfully). Spoke to Jvin who sorted the query but I still want called by complaints.

    @virginmedia JN201402C MALKI803118CA9XY Moved into new property on the 9th January. Became a new customer to Virgin Media on the same day. Needed Above-average internet speed (500mbps) that the company could provide in order to work from home. /1

    @virginmedia The Mobile is turned on for wi-fi because it usually connects automatically when EE has no Data I can't afford anything until the 11th try living on U.C. you will see what I mean it was Fine until Kath threw her dummy out her pram because she wanted to fix my home phone
