    @virginmedia Back in July after another call to deal with debt collection for service I cancelled I’m January - i thought the issue was resolved in so much as the so called missed payment was cleared - despite virgin media owing me…. Now a default on my credit file!!

    @virginmedia It’s been down since 4am so please forgive me if I do not believe a word you say. Clearly the fact it is still not fixed and we are without anything extremely unsatisfactory

    I have been promised a call back from a manager twice to actively sort out bill issue which I have raised 6 days ago but both times been let down. Already waited 48hrs @virginmedia does wasting my time waiting for a phone call display exceptional customer service?
