    @virginmedia This just tells me to reset my password which I have done twice. We need proper help and fixes not just sent to the same web page with information that doesn’t work!

    Not @virginmedia email servers being down the week I have job contracts to sign & flat viewings to organise. And yes, I’ve changed my password like five times and yes I’ve done a security scan. Do better.

    @virginmedia Tried all that. Is there an issue with virgin / ntl email? On to customer service right now and they are suggesting for the third time to reset password…it’s a fault with virgin media not your customer.

    @EE how does a non ee customer register for service updates on an outage please @virginmedia are as good as a wet paper towel and have no updates on my issues and told me to register my number for updates

    @virginmedia we've been having problems with broadband speed for over a week now. The service status in the area shows OK, but the speed is definitely not (OX14 area)! Any info on what is going on please? Thanks
