    In case you're feeling too optimistic right now, might I suggest trying to submit a simple complaint to @virginmedia about their overcharging. That'll destroy your faith in humanity and, quite possibly, your sanity.

    @virginmedia - have been told for the past 2 weeks that someone would come and install cables for internet but it gets rescheduled everyday, can someone please help on this. We're currently being charged without receiving any internet.

    @virginmedia £85 Virgin Media and £27.92 O2 is what I'm paying at present, still have both service but my agreed £2.92 discount from Virgin Media Retentions has never been applied, hope that's better explained 👌

    @Nelza82 @virginmedia redic init. literally put at the bottom of the email if i was a new customer i could get the same package for £25. not sure you can leave and rejoin without a break in service.

    @virginmedia Sure, I called Virgin Mobile yesterday and upgraded my contact and since then I can’t get signal, connect to data or do anything else that requires connection to the network.

    @virginmedia Yes have an intermittent fault for last three months. 4 engineers visit the last one called the network engineer out and between them they are certain I need a re pool. This was to be carried out this morning as per a text on the 25/11/22 from the engineer. No one came I called c
