    @virginmedia I should have recognised that is the number I’ve been calling. Other than an online test it just leads you around in circles. No further forward, no fix, just a little more cheesed off. Really disappointing.

    @virginmedia Hi. I am still having issues with my business WiFi so it has not been fixed. I have intermittent service with it dropping out for a good five mins before coming back again.

    @Ofcom you should really investigate how @virginmedia Von people into thinking they’re on a rolling contract and then hit you with a £200 charge when you try to cancel.

    @virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

    @virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

    I’m with @virginmedia mobile and getting a lot of harassing calls amongst others from @HMRCgovuk telling me unless I press 1 a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Is anyone else getting these calls or is it just me or my network?

    @SamRSparrow @virginmedia I’m in ct10 and mine has been off since 1 and so has a family members so it seems there is a problem. Given that the status page now says it’ll be fixed by 8am tomorrow I’d say it was a major issue. You’d think you’d know about that and be able to give us some info, wouldn’t you?

    @virginmedia @richardbranson trying to report an issue with my landline yesterday and still no reply , so today tried doing it online , but gave up as trying to send an email you have to jump more hurdles than an Olympic athlete gave up not customer service just service shambles

    @virginmedia Have done numerous times, sitting in a queue on hold is getting pretty tedious. Internet still dropping connection intermittently and fast becoming unusable as it is too unreliable to serve my requirements. Connection outage at least 3 times today - twice during an online meeting

    @virginmedia How is 0940 tomorrow morning as quickly as possible? You may not off 100% fault free service, but neither did @VodafoneGroup . Not a single outage in 18 month. And you use your own lines!! So clearly your network is not stable.

    @virginmedia Hi yes I’ve checked and it just says no known issues. Almost every night for the last few weeks I’ve had to reset the router as signal keeps dropping off and smart TV apps don’t work etc..

    @virginmedia I have raised 2 complaints with you. Latest on 6/4/21. Resolution email does not meet all the points I raised and advises me to call back as you consider this resolved. However I don’t like calling your advisors as it’s always frustrating.
