@virginmedia BEWARE : You cant contact Virgin Media to change or cancel.. Can't get through on the phone (Hangs up most the time) Can't change package on messenger (tells you to call) Can't email to change or cancel package Can't live chat anymore its been removed Breaking @Ofcom rules.

@virginmedia I have rang via relay twice. On both occasions waited 49 minutes and 39 minutes and on both occasions I have had the phone disconnected (hung up) on your end. So I ask is there an email address I can send something to? The service right now is abysmal
