@virginmedia are an absolute nightmare to be with lately, over an hour on the phone trying to solve the WiFi problem an the tivo box problem in the bedroom and still on hold an being passed about. All I want to know is how much extra a month for another v6 box an to sort my wifi!

@virginmedia your customer service is an absolute disaster, it’s been 2 months & over 10 hours of call centres wasting my time. You told me to make changes to setup which I’ve done but now my account is ‘unserviceable’ - 2x formal complaints so far and nothing back, it’s a joke!

@virginmedia Only thing I have connected via a wired connection is a powerline adapter I have had to buy to try and Improve the WiFi I'm my lads room, and one for my loft which havnt really improved anything, WiFi extender hasn't worked either and my vbox doesn't work upstairs on wifi

@virginmedia No, says all is fine. Ran through all of the usual trouble shooting. It’s off and on every 15 mins. With no sign of it remaining on.

@virginmedia Turn off router for an hour, same issue. Tried the small reset button. Still cutting every 15. Called virgin through the phone. They never took my name, account number, location or anything and told me it would be fixed in by yesterday. Also tried the browser based checker
