    Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

    @virginmedia Father in law has your services but can’t sit on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to answer & live chat just wants to take you to WhatsApp that he doesn’t have. We were considering returning to VM but your customer services are rubbish!

    @virginmedia It's sporadic. But it seems to be happening to a lot of your customers in random places at the same time. I rebooted once last week. The service is perfect...but there's obviously something going on at your end. It would be a massive coincidence if not...check your midnight feed

    @virginmedia The most useless, dysfunctional, organisation on the planet! I've just been told by a member of The Virgin Media Executive team the escalation procedure is to go back to The Philippines help desk and repeat ALL of the same bullsh*t again - the definition of insanity

    @virginmedia your wifi is a shambles and your website isnt much better! I am having to hot spot my laptop and my partners so she can work. I need this sorted ASAP, the signal is piss poor and hasn't worked properly for around a month now

    @virginmedia Yeah I get told to wait 24hrs and call back if there is still an issue. Every time. I don't know if it's the router or if I'm just in a bad area for internet but it's really effecting me cause it's now interfering with my job
