    Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

    @virginmedia upgraded to tv360 and the netflix app is rubbish. Signed out every couple of days. Wouldn't be so bad if the mobile app let you actually type it in, but no, that's terrible, so no surprise, it doesn't. Any suggestions?

    @MoneySavingExp I tried to haggle as @virginmedia was increasing my package by 33%. They were not interested or very helpful. Customer service shocking!

    @virginmedia I misspelt my surname and it came back as no issues reported. I then typed in my surname properly and it came back with issues with broadband and TV services

    @virginmedia you are charging me £74 a month (and soon over £90 a month) for broadband. I can get double the broadband speed with BT for only £30.99 I want to cancel and move and have been trying for 3+ days but it's impossible. At this point you're just stealing my money.

    @virginmedia We are in central London (Islington). Your network failed 0300 Weds 22 Feb. Since then your service page say 'problem in your area'. Any clue when you are going to fix it?? How can you be so bad in central London? Any update on when you will fix? #AnyoneButVirgin

    @virginmedia You are joking right? Why don’t you try giving that number a call or testing the online service. It is literally impossible to get through.

    @virginmedia I'm free between 10-2. I want an investigation why the service has been inconsistent, incorrect, and so poor. Call handlers do not have the time or resources to step away from their headsets to look into this. I'm just fed up of the lack of ownership, too focused on quick calls.
