Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

@virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

@virginmedia Yes, I have restarted the hub but the internet is still erratic at best and I'm running out of ideas to fix this. The cables are fine, the socket is fine, but the internet itself is very much not fine.

@virginmedia why is it so difficult for you to stop emails going to me for the last 3 years that are not me, I do not have a virgin media account and never have, yet on reporting to you numerous times it hasn’t stopped.

@virginmedia Just tried to work through the problem with another technician who has basically told me I can now be without TV for 5 days as it's an IT issue caused by either sales retention or the technician from yesterday, please can someone from customer service PM me

@virginmedia That phone number is completely useless. It confirms what I had already checked on line - no issues in our area. What I want to know is if our TIVO box needs replacing or updating - it has been a few years since it was replaced.

So DISAPPOINTED in the of SERVICE @virginmedia Before 26th April, been sorting out external work that needs to be done. Always been done when you call them but still no internet. Stop changing the date. Want to leave, they CHARGE you. Unable to do the JOB, maybe @skytv can. 🙏🏾

Virgin mobile customer services has to be the worst EVER. NEARLY 4 hours on and off fone. Wont take responsibility for their cockup which admitted yet took money from my account without prior authorisation and are now expecting me to cough up for their shambles!!!! @virginmedia
