    @virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

    Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

We have paid for a service for several months and that service has not been provided by you. How much longer do we have to wait before somebody at Virgin Media has the decency to reply?

    @virginmedia Due to an engineering fault we have had total loss of service since 24/10/2022. I have made endless amounts of phone calls, two separate engineers visited saying "NOT MY JOB" CS agents that just do not listen, quite happy to keep adding bills on though. (1/2)

    @virginmedia It dropped a couple times through the night around 3:30 I checked the website at about 1:30 and it said there was no problems but about half an hour after it went down I checked again and there were more issues in my area

    @virginmedia Business service or not, 6 days without internet is totally unacceptable. Time to find a new provider that's a bit more efficient. poor service as I'm paying a premium for fiber broadband.

    @virginmedia What is going on with Virgin Internet and TV on the NN10 area?? This has been going on non stop for 1 week. People need to work... are you going to compensate loss of working hours? Fix it!!!
