@virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

@virginmedia I would prefer a working service especially since im post surgery and cannot do anything right now. As for ringing up well your silly ivr just cuts you off. Absolute worst service I've ever seen 0/10 never go with virgin media
