    Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

    @virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

    @virginmedia @O2 Hi changed package 2 Months ago however you have charged is one month over 30 pound & then 40 pound more another month the charges don’t even make sense as we are supposed to be paying 60 pound care were about as useful as a chocolate fireguard can you help before we go to offcom

    @virginmedia told engineer coming Saturday but now received a text to say Monday 8-12 which doesn’t suit and had an awful experience being told I’ve used my data quota ( got unlimited) and will be charged £25 initially. Really annoyed

    @virginmedia Fix your Wifi, my PC can't stay connected for more than 3 minutes. And no, there's no issue on my end, I reset everything, drivers up to date, everything is fine apart from your ****** wifi
