    Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

    @virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

    @virginmedia please help! I've rang, I've emailed and I've seen your engineer to plea for help with our internet. However, you don't call, you don't write, you don't email! I'm concerned that our long term relationship is breaking down. I am sorry to say I am thinking of leaving!

    @virginmedia It says "no network issue found" - how does this help? I'm not imagining awful speeds, it's been saying no issue for 3+ months and its been god awful everyday. At this point changing suppliers is easier than going through this crap, as the help from Virgin is pitiful.

    @virginmedia joined for broadband earlier this week and received our Hub 4 yesterday, having range/speed issues but haven’t received welcome email with acc number yet so I can register for the virgin connect app to see what’s happening- can someone help?

    @virginmedia It’s been an on going issue in my area. When I do a check on the service on your website it says the same thing. You know there is a issue in my area. Nothing about when is it going to be fixed or what the actual problem is.
