    @virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

    Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

    Still waiting on the #virginexecteam to deal with my complaint but if you want good customer service and experience then from my experiences don’t choose #virginmedia especially if someone works from home. Is this what being sanctioned feels like? Dramatic perhaps #internetoutage

    @virginmedia I’m not sure what’s been changed on my account now, your salesman didn’t explain anything and just said he’ll boost my broadband..I’m a disabled vulnerable customer, who can I speak to to sort this out? Your salesman should be ashamed for taking advantage and misselling a product
