    @virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

    @virginmedia Judging by the lights that start flashing on the router I would imagine it would be both wired and wireless, as the internet service is dropping completely. Unfotunately when it happens in the evening I am usually on wireless devices so not 100% certain.

    @virginmedia You didn’t read my original tweet as I didn’t receive a letter, my father-in-law did. My husband eventually got it sorted for him over 2 days & hours on the phone with Virgin Media staff. We will cancel our own Virgin Media account when our contract expires, not that you care.

    @virginmedia #StayConnected mmm considering that day after day for months my WiFi and internet seem to be beyond poor. It’s a miracle I haven’t switched suppliers. Poor customer service and poor service.
