@virginmedia @Teacherglitter You aren't getting the repeated message that she DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET AND IS DEPENDENT ON HER PHONE, this is a single parent with 3 children and pays through the nose for your service...so do something not just respond useless filler messages 🤬

@virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

@chlooeeeexo @Virgin @virginmedia Their answer and excuse, for months is that they're doing work in the area. But online reports I've pulled up show the router constantly showing 'critical warning' because it is constantly resetting itself and is faulty. Tried everything! It's replace it or cancel at this point.
