@virginmedia @Teacherglitter You aren't getting the repeated message that she DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET AND IS DEPENDENT ON HER PHONE, this is a single parent with 3 children and pays through the nose for your service...so do something not just respond useless filler messages 🤬

@virginmedia No, it doesn't give you the option to speak to someone, it sends you a txt which leads to troubleshooting but as they can't connect to the hub it says it will send an engineer out. A workman has cut through the cable so I need to know the engineer will be able to fix that

@virginmedia I’m aware of that however as she’s not in the UK currently she doesn’t have access to her mail. Virgin stopped her SIM working. We didn’t ask for a new SIM. I’ve got her a SIM from a company here in France. I want to cancel the account but not access it to cancel because it’s 1/

@virginmedia Yes, i get a screen that simply tells me there's an issue with my broadband + that if it doesn't get fixed within 23 hours an engineer will come out. This is not a good resolution. I cant connect devices to my Internet. That I pay for. Ridiculous. I don't want to wait 23 hours!

@virginmedia i’m sorry BUT we pay top dollar for top internet and are tied in a contract with you…to be fobbed off with an extra plug in booster for an extra £5 a month. The internet is STILL GARBAGE. An occupied plug with an ugly booster and £5 for the privilege - SHAME ON YOU
