    @virginmedia Terrible CM service on phone. Ive no internet and the lady wasn’t able to assist and disconnected my call when I requested cancelling my contract. SHOCKING so called service.

    @virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

    @virginmedia We have had nothing but problems with Virgin and their customer service is appalling. I’m disappointed with such poor service and feel aggrieved that we have to stay with them until the end of our contract! 😡

    @virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia trying to cancel broadband is almost impossible. Calling an Indian call centre where they try to get you to stay then hang up, live chat with no human to answer.

    @Ofcom Thank you for your response. I will give you in full details of some of the appalling customer service provided by @virginmedia and how i have been let down constantly by their service. My complaint has not been resolved or looked into.

    @virginmedia I’m also super unhappy with the fact I’ve had no broadband now for 6 hours. Will there be compensation for this? I’ve literally lost a full days wages over this. It’s not on. App telling me service aimed to be back by 6pm. Too bloody late by then

    Rescheduled for over a month later! Why bother giving the options to choose install date? So, I decided to cancel. I am not kidding you, trying to contact Virgin Media is an endless merry go round. I attempted 4 times via phone...cut off EACH time. EACH TIME!! Then was asked 2/3
