    @virginmedia I got in touch but every time I speak to a agent i get different answers and in the end you don’t know what to believe I just cancelled instead due to the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a provider

    @virginmedia I did complain. Repeatedly. I received a £2 rebate and apology for having no service for 2 months then was changed £250 to leave. @VirginMediaCorp you may be on the ball on Twitter but as I said previously worst service I've ever received...and I'm old!

    @virginmedia Hi it wasn’t a signal issue. The SIM card would not even recognise any foreign networks

    Surprise surprise EVERY night between 7.30 and 8.30 the @virginmedia Internet goes down in this house.... yet when you check the service problem status there'd apparently nothing wrong. SORT IT OUT @virginmedia the price you charge for this **** isn't acceptable at all

    @virginmedia on the phone for 110 minutes (!!!) And then they hang up and noone has called me back. Awful service so far.
