@virginmedia the connect app doesn't work on the hub 4, but the app has to locate the blackspot to get your WiFi booster. I had less of a blackspot with the hub3. I'm paying so much for broadband and your hubs should be able to reach around a standard 3bedroom property. 😟

@virginmedia please please help! My wifi is awful! Ever since updated to new hub. Spend over £100 a month on your services for nothing! Tried e-mailing, phoning - nothing! Stuck in lockdown with shocking WiFi! What a time to be alive! BT or sky? Which one is better?

@PollyJames @rossbuet @virginmedia I found that their sales team is very active, so call that number and have them transfer you. It's how I got around the automated machine. The live web chat never seems to be actually live either (more robots)

@virginmedia are you able to get an engineer out before Friday to me? If not I'm leaving. Had 4 engineers out to not fix my issues, not spending more than 5 mins at the property trying to fix the issue. One of them detected line damage and i had an appointment for repair for 2 weeks after 1/2

Hello @virginmedia i have tried calling you a few times, and tried online chat. I am at the end of my wits! My internet keeps going off. There are no local outages, i have rebooted and reset the hub. Im paying for a service i am not getting!!!
