better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

@virginmedia All the team at Smart Transport Hub are totally shocked at the lack of help and support being received from Virgin Media after recently signing up to their business broadband. We’ve had two install cancellations and no replies to multiple emails sent.

@virginmedia No it shows no issues in the area, but when you go to test option it just circulates you back to enter postcode, surname etc. it’s a never ending black hole!

@virginmedia One more thing im@no longer a customer and you have now charged and taken mine for your screw up. Now as with GDPR I better not receive any communication from virgin as requested on my web chat and I have screen print proof of this request and legal action will be taken
