@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

I am so angry right now with how I am being treated by @virginmedia that I have made a complaint. Guess what my reference number is!!! Nothing, the space for this was blank. You can't even let me people make complaints without messing me about. This is an absolute joke.

@virginmedia Chat says "We'd like to continue this conversation on WhatsApp." I don't use/want to use WhatsApp and shouldn't be being forced towards a 3rd party service like that for customer support & currently paying twice what new customers do 2/2

@virginmedia Nothing they stay on. The technician who visited last week says it a problem with the cable outside and in needs changing and reconnecting. Too much “noise” on it apparently. Now there is a blockage outside my house so new cable can’t be put in. One thing after another!

@jayrayner1 @virginmedia Our Virgin broadband went down 10th Aug (they damaged cable) and we've had a nightmare since. Now switched providers, but Virgin still trying to charge us for a non-existent service. Multiple phone calls to them, passed from pillar to post, broken promises, dreadful communication
