@virginmedia Hi I did check and there was nothing listed. Also checked the VM app which also stated that there were no known issues. The loss of intermittent connectivity is also an issue but I understand that this is the problem with a Hub 3.

@virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

@virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on

@virginmedia I have yes, I've tried everything you have to offer and run one device on wired and rely on WiFi for everything else so not having any is a problem, it will be a shame to leave but at the prices I'm paying for services I'm not getting it's no longer sustainable

@virginmedia I’ve finally found a provider whose customer service is fit for purpose. You lot can’t even tell me if my parcel arrived, as you don’t have a record of the Collect+ reference but you’re still threatening to charge me. You couldn’t make this nonsense up!!

@virginmedia When I was out and I used WiFi it come up o2wifi. I wasn't sure if it's an hotspot or a network specially for o2 users. This was in a town centre tho

When did @virginmedia become a waste of time? Phoned them due to an issue with my router and they telling me they can't upgrade it unless I pay more money for a new package which I told them continuously I can't afford, but because I won't pay more money they won't do anything 😭

The only reason @virginmedia don't get more complaints than they do is because their customers' internet connection is too unstable to persevere through the disconnections to actually post their complaints

@virginmedia so have now been disconnected from VirginMedia, even though I cancelled in Dec and switched it off the next day. Still can cancel my account. VM want me to do all the chasing. Please complete the cancellation of my account.
