Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

Rachele 🍷 (@_Rachele_) reported from Redditch, EnglandLooool. Virgin Media down again. Go to put our postcode in to see if service is affected in Redditch & apparently it's not a valid postcode. At least for a week every night the internet has gone down for about 20 minutes. Not the end of the world of course but a tad frustrating.
