Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia I have already called that number this morning. They told me there was no available deals. I've put a note in my diary to call back on the 16th. I'm not holding out much hope though considering the poor experience I've had today. I wanted to sort it today on my day off.
-
Neil M Ainsworth (@ainsworth_neil) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia No my wife works from home 2 days a week. She constantly gets logged out. No help from customer service. I have the agents ref number and the rough time of the call. Very disappointed
-
Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

James Kerr (@james_h_kerr) reported from Studley, England@KRIPTO99 @virginmedia I’m currently surveying my village on our local Facebook group. Loads of people having the same issue, but nothing coming up as a ‘known network issue’. I agree - it’s making working from home challenging.
-
Donna B (@beasknees81) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia Help...!!! Got home after picking up the kids and my Internet is now down, the green lights are on the hub one flashing. Rebooted twice, managed to check the status online and says everything is OK with the Internet. Been like it for 45 minutes to nearly an hour
-
Chris Roberts (@djchrisr) reported from Worcestershire, England@virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on
-
💙 Helen Abdullah 💙 (@HelenAbdullah08) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia We tried the messaging service thank you that didn’t help either. To be honest we are dreading trying to contact you again in the new year to get this sorted another 2 hours on the phone! I would have thought it your responsibility to sort this out but apparently not!
-
Neil Simpson (@nippa77) reported from Headless Cross, England@Mtr95 @virginmedia I’ve had the same…so frustrating…just total lack of service regularly…if I had a choice of fibre providers here I’d ditch this shambles in a heartbeat
-
💙 Helen Abdullah 💙 (@HelenAbdullah08) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia Didn’t get a response then told another dept would contact. All we want is the service we are paying for. We need a new v6 box the replacement sent doesn’t work properly(set top box) we cannot use catch up and the picture is intermittently pixilated.
-
Alien-**** (@CosmicHustler) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia Any chance of some kind gesture of goodwill to a very long-term customer (Telewest days) and long-term isolator due to suppressed immune system, struggling without a working & very necessary distraction...
-
GTAssociates (@GTAssociates) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia 8 conversations to cancel our service and cxl confirmed by virgin. Cancellation first made on 28 Feb. Just received a bill and you have billed for April and May. What a shambles you are! Get your act together now! I have paid final balance & no more is due!

sarah allen (@sair74) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia Hi there, I have just dialled 150 but it’s constantly engaged. My grandad is having problems with his tv and I need to get it sorted. A technician came 2 weeks ago but it’s gone back to the original problem, how can I contact you regarding this???
-
Doonie (@lorna_conway) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.
-

Tilal Manzoor (@tilalx) reportedHi @virginmedia, I've been without Internet & Landline services for 5 days, everyday am assured someone is fixing the service. Nobody comes, help desk have no information where the engineer is or why they don't show; Everyday I am told to be patient. Pls remedy this failure

-
Leigh Gow (@LeighHutch90) reported@coophos @virginmedia It’s terrible isn’t it.
-
A.Brown (@_DundeePerfect_) reported@virginmedia Read things accurately I never said that I do. I would not be mad enough to think I can run a Game and Stream a Picture in 4K using wifi... I don't use wifi in the house at all, TVs and PC are wired, only my Mobile connects to wifi but only to save Data when at Home.
-
Scarlett Shaw (@ScarlettShaw) reportedDo yourself a favour. DO NOT use the one touch switch service with @SkyUK or @virginmedia. Still paying for both for weeks. Virgin continues to bill me despite me having sent back their equipment. The whole thing is a con. Be warned. @Ofcom
-
Andy Nicholls 🫧⚒️✝️ (@andy_nicks60) reported@NightAtKendalls @virginmedia Dump em mate service is shite
-
APTS Archive (@APTSArchive) reportedQuick update following my post - I did have a DM discussion with VirginMedia. Apparently all refunds are process via cheque payments and posted to you - and I’ve got to wait up to 45 days - yes 45 days for the cheque. If I’ve not received it by then I’ve got to contact them again and they will investigate why - probably waiting another 45 days. This is disgusting behaviour @virginmedia, despite it being so called company policy. You took £1,070 from our account despite assurance the equipment return date had been extended, causing us to be overdrawn, yet you now hang on to our money for up to 45 days! It doesn’t take 45 days for a computer to print a cheque!
-
David Ratcliffe (aka Centurions_War) (@Dratcliffe1986) reported@virginmedia @ExeterBub Are repairs for no service supposed to be 48hrs from when reported? Id raise to the issue to ofcom, make sure Virginmedia keep to the extended time frame and provide full compensation and refund for the lost TV access
