@virginmedia The complaint should not be closed down as ihe said that a team member would get back to me with a resolution to the complaint and a gesture to me, and then if i was happy with the outcome the complaint would then be closed.

@virginmedia Ok i think there has been a loss of communication from a customers point of veiw why would you say someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours if they aren't, it makes me wonder why im still with virgin , as customer care is so poor i await some anwsers from you guys.

@virginmedia Help...!!! Got home after picking up the kids and my Internet is now down, the green lights are on the hub one flashing. Rebooted twice, managed to check the status online and says everything is OK with the Internet. Been like it for 45 minutes to nearly an hour

@virginmedia Have to assume the cold-calling up-selling team aren't aware when customers have canceled their cable TV just a few months ago with notes to say they're only watching Netflix and want to pay less than £30. I try not to be rude, but seems a bit unfair on the team.

@virginmedia Hi Michael from your team telephoned me on wednesday regarding the complaint i made about the way i was treated by your collections agent after speakibg to michael he said that i would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours from either himself or one of your team with a resolution.

@Rant_75 @virginmedia They did same 2 me. Charged well over. Took ages 2 sort. Now put me in new 18mth cntrct cos I removed voicemail. Best bet, ask 4 copy of all recordings, notes 4rm account & then put in a complaint with the @TheFCA , they’re basically mis-selling. I’m planning on doing the same.

@virginmedia really appalling customer service. I reported on Monday morning that my cable had been cut. Had to wait until now before someone came round and they said I'll get a fibre engineer booked in. I told you on Monday what was wrong!!!!!!
