    Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

    @virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

    @kgardner081 @virginmedia We'll see how we get on - everything works fine but can't connect the wireless printer & apparently (according to problems others have had) something to do with 2 wireless frequencies working off same IP code confusing the connection! Need renaming or something. Beyond me to do!

    @kgardner081 @virginmedia In fairness, they've now been in touch, can't fix it remotely so are sending an engineer on Thursday to sort it out. So I'm grateful for that & 2 days to wait isn't bad.

    @virginmedia Tried the chat everyday for the past 5 days and it is not working. Due to recent changes with someone at household moving out I do not need the landline anymore,and wanted to discuss my options as I do not want to pay monthly for a service I am not using

    @virginmedia You arranged for an engineer to resolve this problem - he's been today & hasn't fixed it - he says not Virgin's job to sort printer problems! The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!

    @MingSwift The TV service is great but if we can’t rely on our WiFi in a connected home, it’s not worth it. Have made a complaint. If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

    And once again we are unable to use our @virginmedia wifi. When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

    @virginmedia Shocking bad. We booked our old address to run until the 7th March and paid for a new account to start today at the house we are moving into so my disabled wife was not without internet.

    @squelchuk @MingSwift @virginmedia We have a good box. That took long enough to get upgraded. I would try a superhub3… but I want a signal that gets around the house too, as well as reliability!

    @virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on

    @virginmedia You disabled our old address so I am now having to move my wife’s business computer and records at 10pm at night to the new address so she can work tomorrow. Your customer service agents haven’t got my name right once and you have mucked up provision of equipment at the new place

    @virginmedia Morning! Issues with WiFi connectivity dropping out, in the same room as hub, occurs on different devices at different times. Can be connected on on device via WiFi fine with access to internet and on another with no access to internet. Connection tests been completed and working

    @virginmedia Tried live chats on the website, which is like a deliberate maze to find as if you want the customer to immediately give up, and they say the same as your tweets "phone up". Its a copy and paste job of messages with no actual, real attempt at help. Appalling service all round.

    @virginmedia hey Virgin media can you plz help me with a billing issue, I have been charged for a wwe royal rumble , I had called to resolve this matter but was told I HAD ordered this and had to pay this. My contract is up next month and if this isn't going to be fixed I'll end.

    @virginmedia Morning. It’s a mixture of both. I have a wireless connection to devices such as phones/iPads. And a wired connection to my console & laptop. Both have the same issues.
