@virginmedia Is there an email address I can use instead? I can just tell them the address and send the photos and explain the problem. They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

@virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

@virginmedia poor doesn’t come anywhere near the description needed for the service you provide for a long term customer who simply needs the OLD Superhub 2ac router replacing. I simply need a replacement sent quickly but must wait for an engineer on Tuesday 4th January.

@sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

@virginmedia I've done all of this as have other people in the building. We had this for months last year too. Takes forever until there's acknowledgment of the problem, which is effectively "noise on the line"

@virginmedia As you can see - the fault was only logged yesterday when we have been reporting issues since 4th December - days and hours in the phone and no resolution or ownership of the problem - unacceptable and no refunds offered for service lost - it’s appalling
