    @virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

    After a massive faff, I've been able get into the goose in selly oak. Has the football but no sound. Worst day of the year @virginmedia to go down. Will remember this when my contract is up.

    @virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

    Not only that, when speaking to a manager he has proceeded to cut me off and hang up after a 50 minute phone call. What kind of **** show are you running over there ? This is disgusting customer service! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia This is still a problem today. Service resumed last night but have been having constant broadband drops again today. Neighbours also affected but your support team only looking at faults individually. Terrible service.

    @virginmedia Hi. Yes done all that. Says it’s good but it really isn’t. Got someone working from home and it is causing stress as laptop and phone keep dropping the wifi. Never had this problem with old hub. What can be done to get this fixed please?

    @virginmedia Hi Just to make you aware of a possible scam, caller saying from VM saying monitoring broadband and noticing it slowing down rapidly over last couple of days, phone number 01223 312302 but sounded like o/seas call centre.

    I'm wondering how much worse @virginmedia can get. A retentions person just CALLED ME & during the call advised that my hub MUST be in router mode to provide a connection to my devices. Even though I have my own router & mesh WiFi. I was then COLD TRANSFERRED to 1st Line Support!
