@virginmedia Would it be ok to not just send me the same message each time but tell me how you’re going to make sure the service what it should be? Both my wife and my work is utterly dependent on good internet access
-
Adwoa Agyeiwaa (@tweet_estaa) reported from Birmingham, England

-
Arty Mikey Illustration (@Arty_Mikey) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia your broadband SUCKS. It's no wonder a local FB community group is full of people asking for suggestions for better internet providers.
-
Adwoa Agyeiwaa (@tweet_estaa) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia If these pods don’t work, I’ll back with more reasons for why people should avoid using your rubbish service. It’s pathetic really that I have to come on Twitter to do this for you to be bothered just because of reputation. Disgraceful
-
Tim Evans (@TimEvans1503) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia big thanks for your rubbish service that meant I dropped out of giving a lecture part way through - we pay a small fortune and expect decent service
-
Nicole Talbott (@Nikkyt_23) reported from Birmingham, England
@_adam_cohen_ @virginmedia Adam. Story of my life complaining to VM! I’ve had 7 engineers to fix the same problem and then today some little **** called Melissa told me she has already been on the phone for 30 minutes with and put the phone down!
-
Tim Evans (@TimEvans1503) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia yet again last night and now this morning your service is t working despite the large amount we pay you every month. The two of us work from home - you are costing us business. If you can’t provide a decent consistency service then admit it and we’ll change provider
-
Sundeep Nijran (@Nijran1973) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia tried to cancel this service for 9 months , changing me for something that’s not connected and now want more more to disconnect. Worst broadband provider!!!
-
MJP ☀️ (@mrmjprice) reported from Birmingham, England
Virgin Media TV customer here… say I wanted to watch The Hundred but didn’t want to add the entirety of sky sports to my package, how might I go about that?
-
Adwoa Agyeiwaa (@tweet_estaa) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia That’s not what my issue is. WHY IS THE INTERNET SO INCONSISTENT??? - and threatening to charge a £240 to cancel the contract for wifi that does work is very poor customer service!
-
Tim Evans (@TimEvans1503) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia is there a reason why when I’m working from home with so much to that involves internet access including online meetings that yet again your service is not working in B36? This is happening so often it is ridiculous
-
Tim Evans (@TimEvans1503) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for
-
Sundeep Nijran (@Nijran1973) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia have charged me for services I’ve not received and now want more money to disconnect something that never worked
-
MJP ☀️ (@mrmjprice) reported from Birmingham, England
Turns out turning your @virginmedia Hub 4 off and on again resets the 2.4GHz network name.
-
Lee Greenhouse (@Baggielee80) reported from Halesowen, England

@virginmedia Yes, done tests with the app. It seems not to show a fault. We've recently been sent a new hub3 box & we've increased our package, but problems haven't gone. BTW, VM app's are all up to date. Just feel with what we pay, @virginmedia isn't what it used to be. 🙁
-
Karl (@ZionistWolf) reported
@LiamKenniford @virginmedia They'll soon complain if you cancel and report them to the relevant watchdog for not providing a service you pay for.

Ghazala M (@medgmgmir) reported
@virginmedia @motocity5 Why do you ask that question when it's so clear that people do need help? Your customer service needs drastic improvements - I've had countless chat conversations in which I only get that response after hours of waiting and have to start all over again with the complaint
-
Stuart Bond (@stubond007) reported
@virginmedia Yes. Raised and told to monitor 24hrs. Waited still intermittent issue. Rang back told no record so need to wait 24hrs again and nothing they can do I have to wait!
