    @O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

    @virginmedia My virgin media broadband doesn't work in the back room of my flat. It's literally just a few meters down the hall, on the same level. But the router seems to be too weak. What can be done about this please? Service is not acceptable.

    @virginmedia Was sent text messages saying Internet was out and it was for days. Came back then out again. Was promised refund or credit. Now claiming wifi was used when it was mobile data and you're raising prices during a pandemic? Really really awful.
