    @virginmedia oh for Christ sakes. Tv not working again. Won’t even pick it up. It’s plugged in correctly (nothing changed but we checked) but my tv is not picking it up at all. All my other stuff works so it’s your issue and your service checker doesn’t help at all!

    @virginmedia phoned last week re my blueyonder email account. I can’t refresh it on my laptop or on my phone. I was told it would be fixed. I’ve tried contacting again to no avail. I understand staff are limited at the mo but would like to know when this issue will be resolved

    Wow...!! This appears to be B90, B91 & B92 - @virginmedia you need to get this fixed ASAP - this is no doubt human error to cause issues at this scale - either that or you need some help with your network topology - let me know 😉

    It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

    @virginmedia We was having Internet issues. Like tv services was fine however Internet services such as prime netflix WiFi Web browsing ect. Wasn't working. While the area said everything was dandy. Our ability to use the Web wasn't. I was wondering if there was any work around the area.

    Why has @virginmedia's Internet been so unreliable the last few weeks? And today its finally just died outright. Looking around online lots of people seem to have the same issues day in and out. Gonna have to call them tomorrow. Need a new router anyway and an upgrade.

    @virginmedia Downstairs we’re getting up to 200 download which is what we expect to see. It’s not a speed issue when within a meter range or wired connection to the router. It’s when we go upstairs. I don’t see how the speed of a wired test would help with this
