@virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

When you’re trying to work from home and your @virginmedia broadband just ‘dies’ without any warning. Please don’t let this be the start of months of issues again 🙁

@virginmedia Hey, turns out you never DMd me. It was a scam artist and I narrrowly avoided getting my card details stolen (although I did give away my home address before I checked the username). That’s not on you; but thought you should know.

So Virgin Media can lose 2.5 days of broadband service to an entire postal area and not pay a single penny in compensation to anyone. In effect they are paid by numerous customers for 2.5 days for no service back. I'd say that's theft.#virginmedia

@virginmedia why are your customer service agents refusing to let me exercise my rights to cancel within my 14-day cooling off period?! 3 hours on the phone and no resolution! @Ofcom General Conditions make clear you have to allow people to leave during initial 14 day period.
