    @virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

    @O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

    @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

    @virginmedia Broadband connection and WiFi are stable but connectivity is intermittent-keeps losing connection every few minutes for 30 seconds. This is a network fault but I cannot find an option to report it. B90 1LB

    @virginmedia really appalled with our experience as a new customer (15years with previous supplier). Mix ups with installation. Overcharged. Waiting in for installers not turning up. Closing of a complaint that was escalated. Chasing. No resolution. Want to leave already!

    @virginmedia No surprise again, the wifi isn't working which means no tv, no nothing. This seems to be every couple of weeks now, it is getting a joke, kids can't even do their homework!! you can't even get through to customer services either.

    @virginmedia Just really glitchy TiVo - erratic images, channels blacking out, massive time delays changing channels and channels not being available and then suddenly coming on. No reason why another 48 hours were added to the fix, just on the status tab on the app.

    Or not, thanks ******* @virginmedia for charging me for 250 down 25 up and giving me 30 down and 3-3.5 up Literally spent the last 90 minutes troubleshooting, hoping it would sort itself and resetting literally everything connected to the internet.

    @virginmedia @ahinx89 Yoursystem@is a joke. I complained 1 dec now with cedr. So many computer letters undated unsigned no contact numbers, too many start we tried to contact you but no reply - joke - no voicemails or missed calls. Just deliberate attempts to divert from actually resolving complaint.
