    @virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

    @virginmedia Yes i have , i cant get through to anyone as i was advised to go on the ap, ive requested a new password still waiting! I wanted to leave because of these problems was talked into having adeal as long(as I've stressed) the wifi was sorted even now writing this im using my phone

    @virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

    @virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    @virginmedia I called yesterday considering it has then been down for 24 hours. I got told it’s an area problem and won’t be fixed until 6pm TODAY. That’s over 2 days without wifi or tv services. I run a business from home and haven’t been able to do anything the past two days😩

    @Offcom would you be able to advise as I've raised a complaint with @virginmedia Had no response £28 was ment to be taken this month as agreed but they continued to take £39. My broadband has been playing up and has still not been resolved !!!

    Great to experience the common courtesy and professionalism of @virginmedia scheduling two appointments and not showing up or even calling their valued customer to inform them. Even better when they cancel your call 3 times when you try to find out what happened! Disgusting!

    @virginmedia I called 150… same as any other time and followed instructions to get tech support for broadband. After passing the security check before connecting me to someone, it told me to call during business hours. Is your routing for support working?
