@virginmedia I spent an hour on my mobile to Virgin today as landline isn't working. Spoke to three different people and, finally they told me it was a hardware issue with my phone, not the line. I have borrowed two phones from neighbours and they don't work either #virginmedia

@GardenCity_Mark @virginmedia Just to let you know Mark, if your mom is considered vulnerable, the law now states that broadband companies must give priority for fixing issues like this, as it’s often their only or main form of communication. Just in case you encounter problems on Friday

@virginmedia had a broadband outage yesterday and now my tv connects to the internet, my amazon devices connect to the wifi just fine, but my phone and tablet won’t connect, keeps saying the password is wrong, but my echo is connected fine using the same password!!

Cancelling my broadband with @virginmedia after ridiculous price increases every month. Cannot believe how RUDE the guy on the phone was when I told him I still wanted to cancel. Absolutely shocking attitude .. made my decision to leave SO much easier!!

@virginmedia Yes, I did this and it hasn’t reset, the wifi name is coming up the same as well as the guest network I set up, and I can’t access the website for the hub either, it won’t load at all! Ran a test and it says theres a problem and that you’re working on it but not what or how long

Well after 2 months of broken internet, it was fixed for almost 2 weeks now it's gone again. Fix date is 16th Nov and yet they still charge full price... @virginmedia

@virginmedia Every time I see these adverts I just laugh, but the sad thing is it isn’t funny paying for a service that constantly disconnects, stutters or is generally inconsistent. Your latest ad slogan ‘stay connected’ is a joke, and your email security is archaic, it’s equally laughable.

@virginmedia I was told on the phone I couldn't escalate to a CEO complaint as they didn't know what that was so I emailed your CEO. My complaint is open & no one is dealing with it. I have told them how I want is resolved and they won't so have just left it open and you're still billing me.
