    @virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

    @dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

    @JamesBennewith @virginmedia This was on TV today VIRGIN are rubbish, I think it says they have 30 days to rectify an issue or Yr entitled to leave without paying an exit fee! Have u tried doing a direct test from Yr phone?

    @virginmedia Hi There. My broadband bill was 27 £ and it’s offered 50 £ for a month on our new contract. I wanted to leave but couldn’t reach your customer service. I called many times. And now my contract renew as 50£, that’s not fair! Please help me and let me leave virginmedia

    @virginmedia Numerous errors whilst watching on demand, keeps losing connections, errors C310, and others but can’t remember what they are, can loose connection appropriately every ten minutes

    @virginmedia I have a hub 3 yet the app is telling me I don’t and therefor can’t use it. It’s really wearing thin that I’m at forever complaining about the service I pay for compared to the service I actually get

    @BethAshton @virginmedia @bt_uk is the way to go chum. Very few problems and you don’t have to have installers in. Plug and play.

    @virginmedia we have just had someone come out to fix the wifi, it was fixed for about 20 minutes and then the engineer touched the wifi box and now it’s not working again? Please explain
