@virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

@virginmedia wifi has been down since yesterday morning due to a “fault”. Engineer apparently fixing this and would be done 8pm today - just checked website to see it’s now pushed to 10am tomorrow? I’m wfh and have had to miss several important meetings due to this poor service!

@virginmedia I was on hold for 1.5 hours. Cut off. No-one rang me back but they have my number as I rang from my Virgin mobile. I want to cancel my contract, told I was still in contract. Have email dated 13/10/20 to confirm out of contract. What do I do now?
