    @virginmedia You check this number account, you’ll see it’s unused mostly few seconds per call, if this data was an error, which it sounds like it was, then considering It’s never happened before this is wrong, I have no income, Disabled +44 (0) 7914 851253

    @virginmedia actually shocked at how poor your customer contact centres are, the ones in the UK and the ones offshore. No resolution, no quality customer experience means your product is completely ruined by your service delivery

    @virginmedia Hi no problem, our internet came back on early hours of Saturday morning however is down again today! In the KY11 region.

    @virginmedia Never received anything. My bill went up by £5 around the same time as I questioned why I was having £8 taken out of my account every month due to a previous discount expiring, which I was also not told about. It's really poor service. And I cant use my blue light discount either

    @virginmedia So when I call it apologises for no service in my postal code but even if Virgin knows it's out - I have to register the outage? And if I didn't register on my first call, end up just inside '48 hours' - a 'loophole' means no compensation? Great. Excellent service.

    @virginmedia Just spoken to one of your staff & they advised there are outages in my area yet the automated phone line & webpage say 'No known issues' - Can these be updated? Also said that the issue will be fixed by 31/03 (this is unacceptable) but would try to get fixed by tomorrow. 😩😩😩

    @virginmedia I eventually got hold of someone on Saturday called Justin tonight who refused to help me and I'm getting very frustrated! I then used the messaging service yesterday, they couldn’t help so they passed me on to Customer Relations who advised they couldn’t help

    @virginmedia Quick enough to take my money £288 , but you’re unable to contact me to advise there is a problem with my mobile phone order . Customer service is shocking , trying to get to the bottom of what the problem is , is like pulling teeth . 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Conflict between what's on website and advice I get from team. Plus poor customer service policies plus why it is so difficult to get a manager to call me back, after three confirmations to do so.
